If you suck up their prices and stay loyal regardless of other quotations they'll reward you by insuring virtually anything once you have a licence for it, dare leave and try to return then they'll shaft you.

Expensive . No loyalty to long term customers. 700 euro for insurance . One phone call later i got insurance 500 euro . They way I was spoken to and the attitude of the person on the line was shocking .

2 weeks post accident, which was the other parties fault and AXA insurance have still not sorted us out or phoned us once! 8 hours of phone calls and I'm still waiting for any sort of service!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Professional. Great service. They have a mobile app for my axa. There is also a website for my axa. Great insurance company. Fast service. Reliable. Efficient. They have a tow truck which offers great service. On the my AXA website they offer different offers. It is great to have the local branch to deal with. The staff are very friendly in the local branch.

Very poor customer service skills, seemed like the guy didnt want to give me insurance quotes at all. Overall a very negative phone manner and seemed highly irritated on the phone. My opinion avoid plenty of other insurance companies out there with great customer service.

Had a best experience with this insurance company. From the website to an intersection in the office. Pilar Prol went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible! I am a first time driver and she had the patience to explain me how everything works and every details of terms and conditions. She provided the best customer service I received by far!

AXA s customer service in the call centre is an absolute disgrace, they are of no help whatsoever. However, I went into this branch today and dealt with a girl named Nicola. What a difference, she was professional, efficient, more than helpful and an all round pleasure to deal with, she s the reason for the 5 stars.

Am finished with this crowd, never again will I deal with them, I have 2 houses and 2 cars insured and have never claimed for anything. Then when my wife trys to put in a small claim which wasn't even her fault ( someone hit her van and drove away) because she drives a van which had private tax and insurance , the way we have been treated is a disgrace.

The staff were very professional and easy to talk to. Customer service is highly valuable on their service. I was just supposedly planned to have an inquiry but ended up purchasing the car insurance, as they have a very reasonable prices and processing is lightning-fast.
