They don't have a stair chair on the "Van"? I called to order my father transported - said he is 87 and IMMOBLE - dead weight - I MADE that VERY CLEAR, and needed transport to a doctors office , & set it up - was told it would be over $200.00 (total RIP OFF) only to have them come unprepared with a WHEELCHAIR, after I made it crystal clear there were STAIRS, SEVEN STAIRS AND A LONG WALK WAY. These were the SAME EMTs who brought him home less than a week ago and they bring a WHEELCHAIR? Then they do a BAIT and SWITCH, saying we have to pay $1200 to get an AMBULANCE because that's where they carry the STAIRCHAIR! STAY AWAY this Service is ROBBING ELDERLY and their caregivers with this BAIT & SWITCH SCAM! Couldn't have been happier with the service on Christmas Day. We brought my wheelchair bound dad home to spend the holiday with the family and Anissa, the driver was great. She was very prompt both picking dad up and bringing him back to the nursing home. Everyone I dealt with making the reservation was very pleasant and accommodating. Will certainly use again.
