My daughter and I love this store. When I am in town, we try to carve out some time to do some retail therapy together. Came, and McKenzie and everyone I've met who works there is so upbeat and helpful. Their price- point is reasonable and the clothes are great, regardless of your age!!!
Great store and cute clothes but I have to say, the customer service was uncomfortable. The sales associates were on me like a hawk, constantly checking in, pressuring me to make a purchase. It felt like they were super desperate for a sale, and it was not a good look. Ladies, your store is beautiful - let your customers enjoy themselves!
Two words: life changing! Could not believe what happened in this great stylish boutique the other day. Walked in expecting to glance at a few items to kill time before a coffee with my friend. I was greeted warmly and instead of the typical "let me know if you need anything," she actually heard me out and dug deeper to see if she could help me find anything. I'm pretty tall and have a hard time finding things that fit and are feminine enough to get me out of a T-shirt and jeans. I told her I didn't have a whole lot of time before coffee and so she asked me to give her an idea of what I was looking for and then to come back over and try things on after coffee that they would pick out for me. If I would've know not only the level of service I was going to receive , but also the amount of respect, care, and genuine kindness - I would've set an appointment time for this kind of service they provide. They gave me honest feedback on my outfits that they helped pick out. They helped me try different things. Most of all they took care of me and made me feel like a million bucks. I rarely leave a store with two pairs of pants! I only wish I had more time in the store. The kindness the staff showed me went a long way and flowed into the rest of my day - I was in the best mood for HOURS. Thanks again guys - can't wait to visit again!
High end, reasonably priced, designer clothing. So glad we stopped here!

Yes the clothes are awesome, and incredibly high quality, but the service I received today was stellar.
I had purchased a pair of jeans that were too big, but had already removed the tags AND did not have a receipt when I went back in. There was a sign that clearly stated the return policy, which I was not incompliance with - But I asked about an exchange anyways.
Not only did the gal who helped me bring me other pairs and sizes jeans for me to try on, she did so with a kind heart and understanding beyond what I was deserving of. She took a direct monetary loss simply for my own satisfaction as she will not be able to return or sell the jeans I returned.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! You earned a lifelong customer today! (And I promise not to exchange anything else)
I am incredibly impressed with the product here, as well as the exceptional service of the gal that was working. I stupidly didn't catch her name, but she has dark hair and used to live in Denver. (Describing her in the hopes she gets recognition from the owners, unless she is the owner in which case, she is killing it). There were probably 4-5 customers in there, and she did an amazing job of juggling everyone and offering product knowledge, suggestions, and stellar service overall. Super friendly, knew her stuff, very much enjoyed my experience in this store. I worked on retail for about 15 years so was familiar with most of the brands Damselfly carries. Excellent pricing, excellent product and inventory, great merchandising, very appealing to the eye. I wish I lived here just to shop at this store! Highly recommend!
