I was looking for tenant's insurance. David Gris (of the Dalton Timmis Insurance Group) was very nice and helpful. He spent time with me collecting the required information, answering all of my questions and preparing the needed paperwork. He got me a quote that is better than anything I found online with almost double the insurance coverage. I am happy with the service I got from Dalton Timmis Insurance Group, and I would certainly call David whenever I need insurance.

I have had many vehicles and many changes to my policy and have been with Diane C. Started off great about 5 years ago dealing with Jordan Boyle. After three years for whatever reason he was no longer my broker.
That's when things went real bad. I had a new contact who didn't get back to me and when she did she was slow to return calls and accidentally insured a car I no longer had the road. Then she was gone. After she was gone, EVERYTIME I called I continued to be pushed to someone else's voicemail. The voicemail wouldn't be so bad if they didn't take an hour lunch and the most recent voicemail I heard said there was no gaurantee I'd get a call back same day.
The last time I tried putting a car on the road it took 3 days and countless phone calls. Ridiculous. The reception shouldn't be allowed to transfer someone to voicemail, the insurance I needed took a total of 5 minutes to take care of.
Don't recommend! I found a new broker who picks up the phone and doesn't send me to voicemail.
Cant contact a human to answer a very simple question.. call back policy is a joke
Excellent insurance company and have been a customer for more than 10 years?
Don t go with this insurance company even they give you cheap deal,
When you go for claim they waste your time and even money and they don t care
Charge you three times more then the real rate in market , cheating people

I recently asked my broker Lena Nardi at Dalton Timmis to examine my policies and see it there was a way to lower my premiums as I had gotten a quote from another broker that was substantially less. The result is that I am saving 40% on my home and auto policies. Thank you Lena.
My parents have been with these guys for 35 years . Not once have they lowered their rates. My parents just bought a secondary vehicle and to insure both vehicles they re asking $700. My father has a clean driving record and what they re asking a month is robbery.

If you are an existing client, good luck getting a call back. I had a home purchase closing soon and required new home insurance as a condition to close. After countless times of, 'we will call you back for sure' and emails sent, they didn't. I had to call in numerous times, only to be directed to full voice-mail boxes. It felt like I was begging to buy their insurance explaining again and again I needed an insurance binder to close. I went with another broker and within days had a new policy that was about 40% cheaper.
However, they did call me back, ON CLOSING DAY, and said they never heard from me.
Would not recommend.
If you need motorcycle insurance for sport bike however, this is the place to go. Speak with Ronn or his team. He is top notch and a leading example.
On the other side of the company, an overhaul of how they deal with customers in other departments is required if they want to even stay relevant in the insurance market. I couldn't be paid to have home insurance coverage with them.
Highly not recommended dont waste your time if you need commercial insurance.
