Lindsay helped us with a special order of indoor/outdoor carpeting for our deck. She was easy to work with and very pleasant. She handled all the details including the binding with careful precision. She kept us informed at every step along the way and even with a slight adjustment required after installation. Also, she sent along the large carpet scraps which we can either discard or use in work rooms or other areas to help protect the floors in high-traffic entryways. She was very low-pressure and professional and, needless to say, we were very pleased with the overall experience at Dalton Carpet One in Athens, GA.

Have worked with same associate off and on for approximately 13 years. He is very helpful in making choices of colors, types of flooring, etc. Also comes @ my convenience to measure for new flooring. At this time also makes suggestions on whether to extend floor to another room, closet, etc. Gives high end & low end prices to compare and ways to save money. No cons at this time.
I had a new home built earlier this year, and moved in the first week in July. The flooring in the home was amazing, but we decided to remove the carpet in the foyer/hall upstairs and go with the same flooring installed downstairs (rookie mistake). I called the same company that installed the floor originally, although it was a small job, they made it happen quickly. It took almost a month for the flooring to come in, but that s due to the delay from the manufacture for the specific flooring we wanted. Once it arrived, they were out the same week to install. They had to return a second time to tuck the transition pieces, but that was also seamless (no pun intended). You get what you pay for, and in this case, I paid for a quality installation. With that said, fair pricing, easy to work with, and a great product that fit my budget. Chris and Sam worried about all the logistics, and were in great communication every step of the way. I will be using them for the flooring in the basement as we begin to finish it.

Had a shower tiled and first guy didn t get slope on seat and doorway right held water, called them and they came back and took care of it. Great company for making sure it is right
We've in the process of remodeling our master bathroom since the middle of January and we had reached the point of needing our shower tiled. We cut out the old fiberglass tub/shower, relocated the plumbing, stripped the room to the studs and framed the new shower in. I reached out to multiple tile contractors and the wait time varied between 3 months to "I'll have to let you know".
After, all but, begging someone to tile our shower, I stumbled across Dalton Carpet One Athens, GA) and spoke with Ryon. Ryon was quick to schedule a date/time for someone to measure our shower, to begin working on an estimate. The representative (Tim) came out, measured everything and made sure that he new exactly what we were wanting.
The next day, Ryon provided me with an estimate and he was within the same price range as the previous installers. Ryon scheduled our work for the following week (February 17)! FINALLY, someone who could do the work after we had stalled for a little over a month!
The following week, our installer (Erving) arrived on time and was very professional. He asked to see the area where he'd be working and he explained exactly what he would be doing. Erving paid special attention to every small detail and made some small recommendations on making the install better!
Long story short (I know, too late) the entire process, from start to finish, was impeccable! All three employees were professional and did exactly what they said they would. This company embodies the very basic qualities of excellence! Top-notch customer service and a beautiful finished product in a timely manner! This type of service has become almost non-existent these days and it is refreshing to see that it still exists!
