I had a new home built earlier this year, and moved in the first week in July. The flooring in the home was amazing, but we decided to remove the carpet in the foyer/hall upstairs and go with the same flooring installed downstairs (rookie mistake). I called the same company that installed the floor originally, although it was a small job, they made it happen quickly. It took almost a month for the flooring to come in, but that s due to the delay from the manufacture for the specific flooring we wanted. Once it arrived, they were out the same week to install. They had to return a second time to tuck the transition pieces, but that was also seamless (no pun intended). You get what you pay for, and in this case, I paid for a quality installation. With that said, fair pricing, easy to work with, and a great product that fit my budget. Chris and Sam worried about all the logistics, and were in great communication every step of the way. I will be using them for the flooring in the basement as we begin to finish it.
