Unloading went smoothly, but only because I was very polite (very). At first they told me that it took 3 hours to wait until I had no apoment, although the loader (grandfather) was sitting and doing nothing. The broker about the apoit said nothing. I was unloaded with a great desire not to work.
Ok place sometimes can take a little while to pick up.
Got here the night before when they where ready to close.
My appointment was for 9am the next morning.
They where very nice and put me in a door so I could sleep here and uploaded me as soon as they came in at 7am

Even though there are a lot of trucks in the parking lot when you get there, you will be surprised that they get you unloaded quickly. And that's a good thing
When coming here it s best to turn in so that you don t have to blind side if there are trailers in the docks next to you backing can be tricky there is just enough room for backing. if the docks next to you are empty backing in is a whole lot easier. They started loading right away. Check in is by docks 1-15.
Amazing Service and Attitude! John is the guy i worked with and he was just amazing. After I made a mistake with my info with him to boot, he was quick, smart, helpful, and got my trucks taken care of with utmost care and efficiency! Definitely coming here again.

They get you loaded or unloaded fast and will work with the driver to maximize the load with the trailer.

Had a 8am appointment, checked in @ 7:45am local had a dock assignment immediately was in h out all b4 830am

The docks are extremely tight not really made for a 53' wagon but its get done , over night parking is limited as you turn in to the right is some space to shut it down, (see pics )
Had and appointment at 10 am and they took me at 8am and I was done in 1/2 hour . And also overnight parking . People are nice and friendly.

V poorly managed. I am a semi truck Driver and came here to pickup load .when I came for check in ,the lady was talking on the ph .and I think she was talking to her boss regarding the warehouse work .I understand that ,after 10 minute she ask me so i gave her pick up number then she gave me some papers and said in hurry go to 10,11,12,dock where ever you want.and .her way of talking or explaining was not good.any way I set up my truck on dock number 12.and after one and half hr I went in side the warehouse, try to find out about my loading status. No one in the warehouse were wants to speak to me .every forklift come I try to talk to him but he says I worked on other side .so just says no no by with their hand and neck.i felt like this place is v badly and poorly managed and looks like employees are v irresponsible and may be they don't know enough English. But their behavior is v bad then after going here and there I saw the guy with long gray hair he was passing me I try to stop him he also didn't wants to speak to me when I said hello hello two three times he started talking to me. Then I showed the papers to him .Then he yelled at me and said I can't load ur truck without this paper..and I said how do I know,you need this paper because no one explains to me what's ur system here. Lady in the shipping office didn't explain that you have to take theses papers in side the wearhouse and give it to them .Then I ask the guy's name I think he says my name is stacey. I told him man this place is v poorly managed. And no one really wants to talk to you .I go tevery day different warehouses they all talked to drivers and explain what to do and where to go .so I think terrible people are working here and bad behavior

How do Drivers know loading is done .there is no red and green light .on the dock .If you go in the office that lady's behavior is that she doesn't know who are you .Then you have to remind her .why you are here. I AM strongly advised to higher authority that they need to fix this .and run this warehouse with good and respectable manners. Like others. So if there is 0 star I will give 0. Zero. Because it's a harassment for the Drivers.
