STAY AWAY ON VALENTINE'S!
Ordered flowers last year and they delivered it the wrong school and were dead by Monday. This year similar confusion, no apology, and some general rudeness. Wasted almost an hour driving back and forth because they didn't call us back as promised. Flower arrangement was also barely even a heart and not anywhere near the picture.
Daisy A Day has become my go-to for any floral arrangements I need. I have gotten prom flowers done, bouquets for Mother's Day and arrangements for events. The staff has been nothing but helpful, understanding and friendly to me each time I've worked with them. I highly recommend going to Daisy A Day if you want a unique, personal and quality experience.
Very kind and great service, I get flowers here every year for my grandma and dad. They are very helpful especially when sticking to my budget.
My dad has gone here for both of his weddings. I have gotten every flower I have every need from here. They have taken care of every prom that have gone too and now they are doing my wedding. I highly recommend Daisy A Day to every one. There is no other pace like it.

Awesome customer service! Tracy came to our home to fill our planter and listened to exactly the look I wanted for our porch. She did a fantastic job. The planter is stunning! Will definitely use Tracy and Daisy A Day again!!!
Flowers were delivered and left on our front porch while we were on vacation. Not only did this advertise that we were gone, but a day and a half later, when we got home, all the roses were dead. Called and complained and received a completely different, and obviously cheaper, replacement consisting of mostly carnations.

Almost bought flowers from them. The flowers were $32.99. I was going to send a $4.99 balloon as well.
My total cost was going to be $58.98.
They wanted to charge me $3.75 for a handling fee, $4.00 for a delivery fee and $10.00 for "wire fee".
What is a fire fee, first? I'm not paying by wire transfer. Second, if you're charging me for delivery, you better not be charging me for handling the product during the delivery.
$17.45 in fees, more than half the cost of the original product.
I went somewhere else that didn't want to charge me any fees. That's ridiculous. I've sent flowers to other countries for free.
Extremely Disappointed!! I called Daisy a Day to order a floral arrangement for my daughter's first birthday away in college called Arrive in Style (see picture 1) and what was delivered looks nothing like what I ordered (see the picture my daughter sent us -picture 2). I understand that sometimes substitutions are necessary, but this is ridiculous. I also ordered a mylar balloon, but was called just as deliveries were going out, that the helium tank was not working so they could not deliver a balloon. That truly made us angry. I do not understand how a company stays in business with this behavior. I will not purchase from them again.

Damaged & Dying Flowers - What a disappointment. My husband bought me flowers for Valentine's Day. The flowers were misshapen, petals bent, and the color was rubbed off the heads of the snap dragons. And now two days later half the bouquet is wilted. What a rip off of my husband's hard earned wages and his sentiment to me. When he brought the flowers home I properly trimmed the ends, used non chlorinated water and St. Joe is maybe a 20 minute drive in a warm vehicle. No excuse for this. I said thank you for the flowers but please find a different florist.
The arrangement was astonishing and beautiful. It lasted three weeks. My wife most defently enjoyed them.
Daughter received 6 yellow roses from aunt in Nebraska while she was recovering from devastating illness in hospital and they died within a few days!! When I called owner to see what could be done she said I was calling one week after delivery and had no other complaints from that day so could do NOTHING!
Always very polite when I go in person to pick out flowers. Sometimes I bring my 3 sons with to pick out flowers themselves and the staff has always gone out of their way to put smiles on their faces. Never had any issues and have gone there for 3 years now
My granddaughter was so sad we couldn t be with her on her 7th birthday due to covid19. We were heartbroken as we ve never missed her birthday, I called Tracy at daisy a day florist to help us out. She went over and above with flowers, balloon, candy, and a stuffed unicorn. It was truly fabulous!!!!

I bought flowers here for Valentine's Day 2016. I ordered ahead, and came in to pick them up personally. When I arrived, the flowers I had ordered had been given away, but the owner immediately made me a new order for my wife and threw in a beautiful stuffed pink unicorn for my 7 month old daughter. Very thoughtful way to win my loyalty!
Looking forward to using them again this year.
