If you knew how unbelievably bad your Dutch office is acting towards your customers, you would be deeply ashamed.
The Dutch office is abusing your reputation by not providing support and not honoring agreements. People spend a lot of money on your products, but they don't get support or warranty when needed.
I have always looked up to Daikin, the quality of its products; which is completely nullified by the Dutch office. They seem to be only concerned with sponsoring on the coast of your customers. After years of having a good and beautiful system, the installer does not want to sell me extra Daikin because of the poor service. And this installer is not the only one who doesn't want to sell Daikin any more...
Is this what Daikin, a Japanese company of high perfection stands for?
