I purchased a 2015 22kw Zoe from DSG even though I live in Northamptonshire. I drove the car home 170 miles without any issues.
I was happy with the way Will Adams dealt with the sale and the after sales support I received trying to set the App up.
Despite the distance, the car is serviced by DSD, my next service is already booked.
I would not hesitate in recommending DSG

Brilliant dealership and such a great sales executive, he really made myself and my wife at home. I chose a Kadja and from beginning to end it took 2 weeks, handover was Sunday September the 1st and now I am driving in a car which was chosen, delivered and handed over in 2 weeks, which compared to a certain dealership not naming them but they know who they are, have a policy of new cars delivery in 3 to 6 months which is unacceptable.

Went for a test drive on Saturday (26th Jan 2019). Drove the Dacia Duster. The salesman Andy Waide could not of been more helpful, he arranged for me to drive the top of the range Duster even though I am only interested in a lower model. The car was sweet to drive but the service we received at DSG was fantastic, every question was answered and no pushy sales technique trying to get me to buy more than I needed or wanted. You can't fault DSG for fantastic service. I look forward to buying my new car soon..

we are on our 4th Zoe now, the last 2 being from DSG Morecambe, Will Adams, Jeff Glover and the DSG Morecambe team, are that amazing that we drove from Glasgow to Morecambe, not only to buy our cars, but return yearly for them too service them, we are always greeted warmly, and if there is going to be a wait, then even Will and Jeff have let us borrow their own cars to allow us to go get some lunch.
The really are top class, when it comes to the sales and service experience and I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and will be back for car number 5 when its due next year.

It's coming up to 2 years since I purchased my Zoe 110 from DSG. As I already knew many happy DSG customers the purchasing experience was as good as I expected i.e faultless. Although there can be minor niggles with any new car in my case the car has been perfect. I fully recommend DSG - and the Zoe - without reservation!
