D-Lux Hand Car Wash Review

Been using these guys on and off for years. They have went down hill.

Excellent car wash service & very reasonably priced. Very detailed clean in all the nooks & crannies. I have taken my car to other hand wash services & D-Lux Car Wash is by far the best. Customer service by the Manager & all the staff is great!

Guys did a great job getting the scratches out of my car door. Not even there anymore

Extremely ordinary job was done on my car.
Not vacuumed in a lot of spots.
Back of seats not even wiped down.
Spots on exterior not even washed properly.
Only half of the external plastics coated
And worst is the new stain on the front passenger seat that looks like a dash coating that I m not sure I will be able to remove.
First time I have ever paid someone to clean my own car and definitely the last.

Initially a slightly disappointing result. Having said that the manager offered a complimentary wash. Second time around, car was perfect. I'll be back again for sure. Thanks again.

Great experience, Came in with sand all through my car and it came out cleaner than new 30 minutes later, Very impressed overall.

Will be returning with my Jimny soon

The service is really not good at all. Not cheap and just a bad experience overall. Car was clean on the outside but the interior was still dirty. I do not recommend this car wash.

Paid for interior cleaning and got nothing done. Paid 5 extra dollars for dog hair and got hair still all over seat cover. what a Joke of place will not waste 40$ on this place ever again. Not to say 40$ included pressure wash rubber mats and none were cleaned. What a joke. Not recommend to anyone. Asked for money back and they said no.

OWNER WAS RUDE!!!!!!! Untrustworthy, and overall a dodgy vibe. There are other car washes close by that are cheaper and better. Go elsewhere.

The boss was rude and the quality of work was below standard. I would not recommend this dump.

I drive from the other side of the city just to come here. Best in all of melbourne. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I trust the guys at Dlux car wash yarraville, a super busy hand wash and detailing crew that don t miss a spot literally!

Had to sell my Toyota 86 so quickly dropped in here to get it cleaned and for just over $50 I was absolutely astounded at the amazing job they did it's still clean even a week later (photo) it's like the products they use just keep dirt from sticking to the car, car has now been sold and I'll be back with my Mazda 6 in a week or two

OK, but not so great on the care factor. The wash missed some obvious marks, and they left the vanity light on and the driver's mirror twisted.

I recently had my BMW M3 Zaino coated and Detailed by Jarrod's team at DLux. The results were so impressive! The finish on the paintwork was stunning. Jarrod was very helpful along the way with suggestions on how best to treat the car, based on my usage and storage. Jarrod is a true professional, and takes his work seriously. Great service.

They said they left my keys in the car which they didn t.. my car started with the push button so I assumed they did. Big mistake. so I had to Uber it back to the car wash,collect my car and Uber it back to the wash (Leaving my convertible unlocked whilst I was getting the poor workmanship remedied!!) and then back to spotswood to collect my car . Also paid for a $135 detail, everything was still dusty on the inside and sticky stuff left in the centre console so I had to take it back for them to clean it properly. It was boiling hot today, no offers of cold water whilst I waited for it to be fixed, also no offer of any sort of compensation for poor workmanship. I get home and I can still see marks on the inside metal panels of my door. Do not get your car detailed there, they rush and do a poor job. Might be alright for a quick outside clean but for a proper clean stay well away. Your 7 year old nephew would do a better job.
Do not recommend at all.

Took my car there to get washed today and found that one of the workers had stolen $11 worth of gold coins I had in my compartment box and when I confronted them they all refused to admit it. Just a warning to anyone going there to take out anything valuable from your car! I won't be going back there that's for sure.

I had my car washed but after a closer look I could see dust all over the doors bonnet, roof and alloy wheels. I had to clean it again at home!
I do not recommend washing your car there. Owner was rude when I pointed it out to him.

First time was good. Second time I had to personally use their vacuum to tidy up properly. No attempt to rub off dirt marks on the outside. Paid 50 bux. Waste of time and money.

Had a full detail inside and out on my 2013 black VW Golf Highline the results were incredible. The car looks brand new and is in perfect condition to sell.

Went there today, friendly staff, nice cafe to wait in and they did a great job of my car which was filthy inside and out. Will definitely be going back.

The owner was very rude and arrogant. The service was terrible and slow.

I have been travelling from South suburbs for the last couple of years to get my car washed, as this is the only place I trust to wash my car. I stopped by this morning as I do every couple of weeks and the results just seem to get better and better. Couldn't be happier with the results or the service. If you want a basic wash or the pamper treatment for your car; I can't recommend this place highly enough

I ve tried all of the nearby hand wash options and this one is a bit better and a bit cheaper than the competition. The only downside is that you can t shop in Highpoint etc whilst you wait and each car ahead of you adds about 20mins to your wait time. There s an Officeworks nearby and a Coles supermarket walking distance away if you only need a small number of items.

Coffee and light snacks available inside the waiting area with a decent selection of newspapers and well read magazines.

Service and qualify of work was excellent. Owner is very experienced and knowledgeable.

Very good, precise and professional service for a good rate. Comfy lounge with a good coffee. Very impressed i brought both cars down for a clean. Highly recommend!

Jarod, was extremely helpful. Initially when I came to get my car washed it wasn t done as per the request. Guys left few spots where it needed most of the attention. I approached Jarod, he is very good at customer feedback. He asked me get the car when ever you can, they fixed my car and given spotless. I am happy the way they handled and customer service is excellent .

Well organised car wash that has never missed a spot on my car every time I ve had it there. A bit too far from the Yarraville shops to walk there and back but they have decent enough facilities to do some work there while you wait.

Didn't even clean the wheel rims and dust on the back. Staff was lazy and unprofessional. Never ever take vehicles to wash or interior detailing worst place i have ever been.

We always get our car washed at Dlux and we just had it detailed for sale. Jarrod and the team are friendly, attentive and have an eye for detail. We wouldn t go anywhere else.

I've just had my Audi SQ5 detailed by Jarrod and his team of legends down at Dlux. I have to say, it looks as good (or better) than the day I drove it off the show room floor. It honestly feels like I've picked up a brand new car and instantly fallen in love with it all over again. The complimentary microfibre cloth was a win as well!!

I have taken four vehicles to Dlux over the years. We have never been disappointed. Our cars are high end and the care taken when we took them in has been exceptional. I m a bit of a worry wart when it comes to my cars. Thanks to the team at Dlux

Great job. Good attention to detail. Ready in an hour just as they said... good spot to sit and wait if you like... even a bowl for the dog. Tea, coffee and snacks available with friendly lady to serve you

Really disappointed with car wash. Not even cleaned inside and outside. And the cleaner smoked inside the car while vacuuming leaving smoke smell and i kept smoke free for my son and now smelly smoke. Glass not even cleaned and there is still rain marks and dust in side mirror looks like not even bother to spray and wash properly.. I wish I had never gone there . I will never recommend any one to go there.

Windows were left smudged and parts of the interior were still dirty. For that amount of money I expect a better job!!!
