Clean and compact room. Staff are friendly. Food is basic but fresh. Beach is good, with free sunbeds and waiter service (which is excellent). I would be happy to go back to this hotel again and would recommend this hotel as a bed & breakfast stay.
Fairly luxurious but there are better hotels such as green nature resort and spa in marmaris too

Very good location. At zero point to the sea. The view is great. Their prices are not bad compared to other hotels. I can say that we are not very satisfied with the flavors in the hotel restaurant. You can choose for accommodation, but we didn't like their food very much.

Gone their in summer 2016. The location is perfect, the pool is more like a bath, the staff are mediocre, breakfast is good, and cleanliness is fine.
The hotel is more than a 3*. Situated on the beach Reception, along the strip with other restaurants. Walking distance to shops. Reception staff are lovely and have a warm welcome. Accommodated our needs whatever we needed. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned every day with new towels. Balcony sea view was amazing. Beach is 1 step away. Restaurant and bar staff are 5 * especially Adam, Yucel and Antonio. They gave us 5* treatment for the duration of our holiday. Food was delish with a good variety. There is a small pool. Breakfast has a variety of savoury, cheese, cereal, yoghurts and fruits. Hot food are beef/chicken sausages and egg.
Would highly recommend this hotel. A Fantastic trip.

The hotel rooms are very nice, beach right next to the sunbed you do not benefit, close to the center, no parking, have a ala carte restaurant, there is a tiny pool 2 3 people, breakfast and food came to me like amateur work, some of the cold appetizers at dinner stale, so Do not be hopeful of meals, even the water next to the dishes do not understand it does not understand this, but I have a warm-blooded interest, thank you to the staff, they also made a small discount on the account of the deal we agreed :)

One of the best Resorts by the beach definitely add the 2 meals offered while booking worth the money .Staff is very helpful and location great. Go prepared with swimsuits and beach wear more expensive around ... there arent any good malls u can depend on the closest was 1 hr away. Its sparkly clean resort didnt really like their pool very small and away from all the fun. They deserve 4 stars not 3.

Didnt stay here but went for food 4 days out of 7, their menu is varied so there is something for everyone but every bite is delicious, staff extremely friendly just lovely people

Spent the last week here.... Nice clean room staff were luvly n the shops n beach rite on ur door step that's why I ad to buy an extra case lol plenty of good bars and restaurants near by n always something to do... I will definately be back....
It is a hotel that I regretted looking at the reviews for the first time. When problems arise, you cannot find an interlocutor and you consent to your fate. I think this has happened after the management change.
Let me share the other aspects as a note:
There is a fee in the rooms, including water.
There is no kettle.
Rooms have only one card, even if you are two people, one card is given.
PS: I always made reservations via ETS, SETUR; I made a reservation from this holiday for the first time. A reservation site that I will never mess with after ETS and Setur's customer satisfaction quality ...

The rooms have a little small sound insulation, except that I have found no negative. Breakfast was fine enough. Every day different types of omelets come out. I would also recommend renting a room with a sea view. The landscape is really terrific.

We went to Marmaris for the first time, we wanted to stay in a hotel with sea view. The view of the hotel was really beautiful. Normally we were thinking of staying for 3 days. But when the hotel had a clean and beautiful balcony and view, we stayed for 3 more days. Cleaning was the most important issue for us. Cleaning and maintenance of the room was good. The only thing missing was good cold at breakfast. But there was not much heat. The breakfast menu can be enriched a little more. If I come back to Marmaris, the hotel is a place I will go without researching.
Although it was not a honeymoon concept, a nice room with a treat and swans was prepared. Thank you very much. Reception staff were polite and caring. We had a great time. Thanks for everything.
This hotel is lovely the staff in the restaurant are very friendly the food which we had was very tasty ,rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed daily .......The person who is the beach king Ali making sure everyone has a lovely time while on the beach making sure the ice creams , beer etc keeps flowing don't know how he carries on with the heat of the day well done Ali you made us feel so welcome hopefully we will be back again next year.

They could improve food variety a little bit, ad some sauces and spice during dinner time, and the elevator is small for passengers with luggage... and that's about it!

Have not stayed in the hotel however, the food here is incredible and amazing value for money, have eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. Free Turkish pita bread starter, free ice cream or fruit dessert or a free shot at the end of the meal if you're too full. Great service and food quality is amazing at the price point.

Do not recommend this hotel as the old grumpy receptionist was very rude, he threatened us several time saying he will call the police if you don't stay inside our hotel rooms. We weren't allowed to use the pool or relax on sunbeds. He also tried making my son wipe down the floors because he walked in the hotel with wet sandals. There was no entertainment, extra charge for air conditioning & Safe box. However, I can say that the rooms were cleaned and staffs were great apart from the old grumpy man who never smiled once.
Amazing hotel, highly recommended! Very clean, straight on beach. Everything is so tasty at the restaurant with a reasonable prices. Ali the waiter is very helpful and friendly when we are at the restaurant or at the beach.

Absolutely fantastic. Great hotel, lovely rooms. Right on the beach. The restaurant and bar give 10% discount on hotel residents bill. Great beach service and although the pool area is small it's peaceful and an all day sun trap. The staff are so friendly and helpful we will definitely be returning.

I stay at the hotel right now, the hotel is near the sea, the staff is friendly and concerned, the rooms are cleaned daily, the beds are comfortable and comfortable, the quality of the room is high. The meals are good quality and adequate compared to 3 star hotels. restaurant quality.Price meets performance ratio, highly recommend.

The staff are the jewel in the crown and have been loyal for years...Adam and Spike and Bulan are stars and everyone else super.
Right on the beach with views like no other, aak for a feont seaview and you will really bw blown away.

We went to breakfast was super! The Dutch, who was a neighbor of the previous evening, went to dinner and we have become infamous with our money. We regret that we didn't go to Maris. It is highly recommended. The staff is also very relevant, the food is delicious, the prices are also affordable. Thank you from here. :)
