I can not say enough good things about this company. They are not just a company out for themselves. Berg Construction is such a selfless company that takes care of not just their employees, but their community as well. For example, when the tornado hit Morgantown Berg Construction was on the frontlines of helping those in need!

I have been working for Berg now for 2 years and feel they are a good strong company to work for also feel they are a family oriented and supportive company to work for. I personally have recommended this company to a friend for employment and he is doing well here. They are always updating equipment and safety is very important there.

I ve been working in the industry for a long time and work for many companies. Working here at Berg I found that the upper management are there to help there employee s, the atmosphere here is a family oriented place, you are treated with respect, the work ethic is a get it done approach and do it right the first time, teaching and safety are a big part of the company and always learning new things in the industry, the equipment is up dated when needed and maintained, new technology is used that is available for the industry, they are committed to the costumer and will provide any support necessary. I found it to be a place that will expand in the industry and a good place to work. I recommend this company to anyone.
