Over the past year and half, D&B has completed several remodeling projects for us, including fireplace, kitchen, flooring, painting, woodwork replacements, and more... We are thrilled with everything - it's like we have a new house!! It's better than we'd hoped and they were so easy to work with. We would not work with anyone else. On a side note...We had nearly finished our kitchen remodeling project when the derecho hit Cedar Rapids causing significant damage to our home. It was a very stressful time for so many people and by some miracle, D&B was able to get us on their schedule quickly and they ended up getting all of our repairs done in just a few weeks. D&B added stairs to my deck and expanded my back patio. We had tried to get this done with 3 other companies with no luck. Holly, the office manager, is very friendly and responds quickly to any messages left for her. Brian was very professional and helped us plan out our expansion in our backyard. Chris kept up in the loop with our project on how long it would take to get done and let us know if they were going to fall behind. We are very happy with the work D&B did and would definitely use them in the future for anything else we would want done. We highly recommend them.

Great company! I needed old basement windows and their frames replaced for my stone basement. I did not want the new window frames nailed into the stone (which would cause water and foundation problems in future years). I called and talked to several companies that said it just couldn't be done -even though that is exactly how these windows had been installed 110 years ago. This company, D & B Property Services listened to my request, asked me questions to clarify and said, yes they could do it! This company came on the day and the time that was pre-arranged. They did a very professional and quality installation of 3 windows. Their clean-up was impressive. I will definitely use them for my next home improvement project!
D & B walked us through a full kitchen remodel. They were helpful in every aspect from design, to scheduling to finished project. All workers and contractors were professional and did an excellent job, helping us get the kitchen we always wanted. Will be using them for other future projects. Highly recommend!

Brian was easy to work with. I've worked with other companies for home projects before and each time had issues with communication, but Brian was great at getting back to me right away. They put in a basement bar and not only did it turn out exactly how I wanted it, but the whole project was very organized. I will use them again for our next home project.
They're the best! They've done carpet, added a storm door and fixed damaged entryway, a partial bathroom remodel, and replaced a garbage disposal for me. They communicate well. They do what they say they are going to do. Projects have always been done on time and on budget. They follow up and make sure you are happy. They don't expect payment until the job is done.
I called Brian for some help with rebuilding some walls and replacing flooring after a flood. They all were able to change their schedules around, and work around the business needs. Top notch work - will always rely on this team. It helps they are all genuine people too :)

I have used D&B numerous times over the last 8 years. From a complete rebuild/remodel of a back room to a bathroom remodel and various other projects around my home they have been my go-to for any project. Dale and Brian and their entire team were great about responding to calls/questions and from a bid to project completion made sure the work was done as promised. Their team always would show up as promised, complete the work to the highest standard and I would definitely recommend them. I knew corners wouldn't be cut and that it was always done right the first time.
Let me start out by saying that I don't make a habit of doing reviews, and I don't make a habit of throwing out five stars. But they've earned it. D&B has done two projects in my kitchen. I had a custom pantry installed, and they installed new lower cabinets, countertop and sink. Their work was top notch. It was also on schedule and on budget. They were responsive and attentive every step of the way. I fully recommend D&B Property Services.
