Apparently this is not the case for everyone, but personally I was very disappointed with their customer service, with a lack of advice and consideration relatively staggering ... I'm allowed to look at a fabric catalog without guiding me (There was no one else in the shop so it was not a pb of time), I get information in the drip ... I went then to the other shop of the district which has the same concept, and there I found a real customer service!

Taking measurements at home by following the instructions and tutorials on the site. 3 first shirts ordered, my measurements being atypical, customer service offered to do 1 first in order to validate the pattern. Result perfect for me, the other two shirts were launched in stride. A good place to start in tailoring for shirts.
Not yet developed. - concerning the process: the reception leaves something to be desired. They are too nonchalant. The measures are taken summarily, with no real possibility of personalizing your shirts like other houses do. Then, their website does not allow you to make an appointment to try on. When you call them to do so, they still respond with that characteristic nonchalance. - concerning the product: the quality of their shirts is average. As the measures are taken in a summary way, at the end of the chain their shirts are not really made to measure. They then say it is a software problem, which is unlikely. In fact, they have a problem on the bottom: they seem not to make quality control along the production chain (from the measurement to the delivery) of the shirt which therefore comes out randomly. In short, it's a shame. The prices are correct, but we are therefore at the entry level of the custom shirt.

The possibilities for customization are great, including for example the pin collar. It is possible to go far enough in the precision of what we ask, from a very close-fitting cut to wide, as long as we enter with the firm will of a dialogue that I do not have again, on the first visit, raised to a discussion of enthusiasts. Hello, Obviously it is neither Courtot nor Charvet, but the value for money is correct. The website is perfectible, it does not allow for example to position an embroidery on the middle of the breast pocket, although this option is theoretically possible. Despite contact with the customer service, the two shirts I just received are not compliant: the embroidery is located on the top edge of the pocket (not in the middle) and therefore too visible, which gives a side ma'as -tu vu. I know that these details may seem derisory, but with custom-made, even industrial, this tye of inconvenience should be avoided. Pity.

Shirts with beautiful fabrics, beautiful clothes. You have the right to the error thanks to their satisfied or refunded system (that I could experiment). A little flat on the delivery time, but is largely understandable given the price and margins achieved by the brand. Their customer service is pretty amazing, in the good sense of the word: responsive, attentive, do not try to flunk yourself ect ... Probably the best value for money on the bespoke shirt in France.
