Stayed in the 3 bedroom condo in Gatlinburg chateau. The unit was a
little outdated. Furniture was worn out. Everything worked fine except for ac. They use those units used for hotel rooms and it had a hard time keeping the condo cool. Carpet was very old and worn. Beds were okay but sunk down some. Great patio with good view. Very convenient location. The landscaping was done nice and kept up. Parking lot is a terrible design, but with being on a hill not much they can do with it. Overall not a terrible stay, the price was very reasonable and the folks at oak leaf are nice and do a good job. If you are looking to stay close to town and not wanting to spend a ton of money then I would give them a shot.

The location was nice. The doom could use some maintenance. I had call get filter for a/c toaster wouldn t work mattress need updated and doors on cabinets were loose I tightened them up !!

My husband and I stayed in a 4 bedroom cabin with my sister and her husband for an extended weekend.
It was very spacious yet cozy. We had a fireplace and a hot tub to relax with and reconnect. The views were spectacular. Amazing trip! And we will definitely be back.

We just stayed in a small one bedroom condo at Oak Square. Perfect for us. Within walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants and Ober Gatlinburg. Close to the entrance of Smoky Mountain National Park. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The small complex was quiet, neat and well maintained. Even though a hot tub was advertised, we noticed it must have been taken out during the last updates. We will definitely book our next Gatlinburg stay with Oak Leaf Lodging. Their communication was timely and informative.

Warren and MaryAnn and the whole staff with Oak Leaf are so so so great to work with. They work tirelessly to make sure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable!

The place was awesome!! Beautiful views, watching the moon raise. ! Very affordable, staff is great! Most definitely will be back!!

We just finished our stay at Greenbriar Chalet. It was a very comfortable cabin with plenty of room for our family and pets. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. We did see a bear on the property and learned if you dont lock your doors they can open them. If you are looking for a nice and peaceful place to say, then this is the right option. Oak leaf lodging will take good care of you.

Awesome place. Great Views, very reasonable rates. Staff was wonderful and easy to work with. With use them in our next visit in October.

We visit the Gatlinburg area several times a year and always choose a property through Oak Leaf Lodging!
This visit we have chosen to stay at Greenbrier Chalet again. Although it has never been a disappointment, the owner has just had a complete renovation done to the home. It is absolutely amazing!
They have transformed this cabin into an amazing family get away! On top of all of the renovations to the home, they have added new appliances and furniture. They have also added a new laundry room with washer and dryer, if you choose to wash any clothes.

The staff at Oak Leaf Lodging is great, if you need anything at all! Toni and the crew always make sure that we have anything that we need, and makes themselves available any time for any questions!

The last 2 stays at Greenbrier Chalet, we have been able to see bears close to the cabin. Last September, we saw mama bear. She now has 4 cubs following her along!
