This is a warning to anyone that would consider using either Met Life or Cypress Financial Group: they swindled me out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. First through Aaron Kazinec, then Michael Gerstman, this office stole an enormous amount of money by lying about my policy details. They misrepresented my life insurance policy, outright LIED to me about my options regarding cancellation or changes, and lied to me about my options and legal rights. I have never dealt with a more disingenuous company than Met Life. After multiple complaints about this office they did nothing more than refer me to their legal department. Met Life has the absolute worst consumer relations of any company I have ever dealt with bar none. I had a $10 million policy with them, and they did everything in their power to insure that I did not make changes to this policy, including lying. They disable online access without reason, so I'm unable to make investment changes to my policy. They lied about my inability to change my monthly payment. They took months to reply to simple requests. The absolute WORST experience of my life in any financial matter-- and I've done a lot and have a lot of experience. STAY AWAY!!!
