You will find a lot of good motorcycles here, new and pre owned. Price is also very good. Staff is always ready to help you even you just asking an advice. Also you can get a safety certification on your motorcycle.
Place was empty so I got very personal attention both from the beautiful person that helped be pick a helmet that fit my melon head and from Gary in sales who showed me some "entry level" bikes. In my youth 650cc bikes weren't exactly entry level
Needed extra keys cut for my bike. Literally waited 4 mins and was done in a flash. Amazing service.
Left the place very disappointed. As a first time motorcycle buyer, and not having much experience with bikes, I got my first motorcycle from this place. I had to take my bike back 3 weeks later because it started backfiring. I was told that it was backfiring because my spark plugs were gone and it was because of riding with the choke on (which I told them that I had done cause of lack of experience). They understood and told me it would be free of charge. Upon picking up the bike I was slapped with a bill of $244 dollars only having to pay half after being told it would be free of charge. Only good person there to deal with was Chris, the person who sold me the bike.

Gary at Cycle World was excellent! I originally messaged a listing online and instantly received follow-up from Gary with a customized email with a list of motorcycle that was the model that I was looking for. He then followed up with a reminder text with the location address, and personally greeted me at the location with a printout with my name that said "Hold for Nyima" ....Gary knows what he is doing! He is a fantastic representative at the Cycle World.
