Very well designed building with optimal use of space. Even though most of the space is empty, the place is definitely gonna change the face of Calicuts IT industry.

Modern and sophisticated IT park in Calicut.
Cyberparks at Kozhikode. Kasargode and Kannur are the third in the series of successful ventures by Kerala State IT. With the experience and expertise gained in the launch and management of two large IT Parks, Kerala State IT has now launched Kozhikode as the hub, and Kasargode and Kannur as the spokes model for development.

ULCCS cyber park is the one of the major IT park in Kerala. This park reside between Bangalore and Cochin. Facilities in the building is fantastic. And well maintained very carm ambient office. Parking facilities are excellent.Playing grounds ,table tennis and Badmitom court are their. Canteen is residing at ground floor, food quality is average.. But seating facility is better than other it park.

It's a reserved place where number of IT firms work under one roof...Very large campus with all modern amenities and nice landscape in a well made architecture design.

It was a pleasure that visiting the cyber park Kozhikode. It's a good place for having tech companies. It has well constructed infrastructures, awesome landscapes, especially the atmosphere is very clean and peaceful. The cyber park is very secured and situated at 1 kilometre far from the main road and the main gate of the cyber park. Totally the park has very good facilities, good working environment, and the park is still developing.
