The Future of Calicut for the IT People of Malabar area!

Silent work atmosphere. Very comfortable for programmers.but its 1km away from main road.

One of the most spacious and well designed architecture which can be better looked after. Most of the Cyberpark Management team are hardworking and very responsive within the constraints of their Office and go beyond their call of duty to help and support. The cleaning and maintanance team are very hard working and try to keep everything clean and running. Due to under occupancy, the top 3 floors are empty and therefore not everything works as intented or is restricted (like the chiller plant) and therefore running a 24/7 operation from the site is currently quite a challenge as there are no self service kitchen in the building and the catering service is limited to lunch and tea and is only there from 9-5 Monday to Friday and the nearest restaurant is almost 2 kilometres away. Stray dogs on the road is another challenge not only to pedestrians but also to 2 wheel riders as they sometimes come charging at vehicles. Site Security needs to be better trained and watchful 24/7. If you are looking to set up business in IT parks, Cyber park should be definitely considered as the occupancy level increases, things can and should improve. Kozhikode as a City and the people are unbelievably kind, helpful and go out of their way to help. Wider ancilliory support infrastructures like Hostels, accommodation, taxi hailing Apps, shopping malls and transport and road networks are developing around Cyber park and should get better with time. This is my personal experience as an outsider who set up a business recently within the premises.

Cyberpark, Kozhikode has been envisioned and conceptualized as a major IT hub catering to the northern part of Kerala towards promoting IT/ITeS sector by Government of Kerala, after a trail-blazing performance with the success of Technopark, Trivandrum and Infopark, Kochi. Cyberpark, Kozhikode was established under Cyberparks Kozhikode an autonomous society registered under the Society Registration Act 1860, on 28th January 2009. The ultimate objective was to facilitate state of the art IT infrastructure space with all supporting facilities whereby creating an IT ecosystem

With the experience and expertise gained in the launch and management of two large IT Parks, Kerala State IT has now launched Kozhikode as the hub, and Kasargode and Kannur as the spokes model for development.

It is a space privided by uralungal for companies.. the building have strict security.. wont be able to enter to the campus witout proper permission.. unlike other it parks in kerala.. wont even get visitor pass without the permission.. unnesessory security..

Cyber headquarters of Malabar. Currently 20plus companies running and more companies are planning to launch. A really scenic place and building have all modern amenities.

A fast growing IT locality with lots of business firms,mall,hospital,temple,school and even greenary haven't become unseen but with poor transport facility.

Best Technology park with good promotion for start-ups

An excellent place for I T Companies. Good infrastructure. Though away from main town the authorities are making arrangements for transport and all other needs.

UL cyberpark is very clean and has a big well managed and beautiful garden

Went to Sahya for an event. Well maintained roads, everything is kept neat and clean, good parking facility. Has a food court, great restrooms, definitely try out the foosball
