i have been there for PHP interview, the company is very good, i love the Nature of the Company.

Really bad recruitment system and I waited for 5 hours for my turn and they didn't ask any technical thing to me.

Open & diversified culture. The work culture here is great. Flexible timings Colleagues & managers are supportive. Ample amount of learning opportunities. You get good learning from your projects that you are working on to grow. The company looks after its employees very diligently. Recognition is also adequate.

The cyber com creation is the some good place in ahmedabad.

Such a bad experience.

They are not good in employees relationship,what they want is only work no any kind of celebration nothing.even not giving proper leaves,basic written documents.

No any kind of fix working hours you may have to work for 10-12 hours as well, not anykind of extra pay for extra working hours.

I am working as Php Developer at Cybercom Creation. I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it s can help for growth and learn. Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The Project Manager is highly Loveable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team. Great Work culture, Best of talented colleagues, Flexible working hours. Just an awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with Cybercom Creation company.

BAD EXPERIENCE

They are not good with managing relation to employees , they only want work

Leaves are not getting on time , No Bonus , No 5 days working , No increment on time

There is not any kind of fix working hours you may have to work for 10-12 hours as well, not anykind of extra pay for extra working hours. very bad management and work load is like hell
