STAFF IS UNHELPFUL AND DOWNRIGHT RUDE! On 3/18/14 I called this company regarding a rental. The ad said they had an open house already, so I asked if it was still available. The rude receptionist who answered said, "we already had the open house last Sunday and you will need to put application in and pay fee to be considered". After I went on their website to download application, I called back that afternoon and asked Yaritza if they accept check or cash with rental application. She said they accept cash or money order and told me there is 2 applications already for that property. She suggested I call back the next morning to see if it's still available. (No sense applying for something I haven't seen). When I called back on 3/19/14 am a nice but hurried man answered, I asked him the same question. He put me on hold a total of 3 times in 5 minutes. And when I asked for office address he put me into their auto answer to listen to it. I was still interested in unit but want to SEE it before turning in application and letting them run my credit. So I called back 3/20/14 am after seeing on their website the ad that said "call to make appointment". However when I called back the man said "No we don't make appointments to show units". I said "So there is no way for me to see this property?" He replied "No, you can only view units if we hold an open house or once you're Pre-approved for one of our properties". I LOST INTEREST AT THIS POINT AND FEEL SORRY FOR ANY LANDLORD THAT TRUSTS AND USES THIS COMPANY. My ex-boyfriend owns 36 rental properties in the area and would NEVER TREAT HIS PROSPECTIVE TENANTS LIKE THIS. LANDLORDS BEWARE....
