Purchased an older home within the last year and recently had Mike come to our house to review some structural concerns. Mike was extremely professional, friendly and had lots great advice. All of our questions were answered which also included a detailed report w/ photos and recommendations. They are very reasonable and realistic to their approach in engineering design, open to suggestions or alternative ways to do something to help with site conditions or cost, and have always been very accommodating and timely in their responses and timelines.
