On 7/31/2025 I ordered a flatware set "The Vinnet gold / 32 piece at $149.99. It was delivered on 8/24/2025. I didn't use them immediately as I removed the old and replaced with the new set. We use this set on a daily basis and use a dishwasher for all our dishes and flatware. I started to notice the gold fading off the flatware. And notified the Cutlery how the flatware gold was fading and this was not my expectation for this set. I notified them by email and received an answer back. The lifetime warranty does not cover this type of damage from high-heat dishwasher. So, I've learned they don't stand by their products. Nothing was written in the description about dishwasher use. I'm very disappointed as a consumer with the Cutlery Collection.

I was surprised to read reviews that have given a positive rating. As someone who has been in the food & beverage industry working in 5* hotels for the past 30 years, I can attest to the fact that the quality of the cutlery is poor. I feel I could have purchased better in a dollar store. Cutlery should have a good weight and not be so light that you can actually bend it. (see picture) Especially for the cost. I was able to find same listed on Amazon for a 3rd of the price. Trying to refund the items was a challenge and after numerous exchanges with them, I was offered a refund if I paid the return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. I did some further research and found out that they are not BBB accredited. I also noticed that no reviews were posted on their site or the ability for me to provide any feedback.

I recently bought a set of knives and I am very satisfied with the quality. The blades are sharp and durable, and the handles are comfortable to grip. These knives have made a huge difference in my cooking. I would definitely recommend them!
