This place is the very best in the city. Luckily, they have multiple locations so you should be able to find one near you. I ve had poor eyesight for years and it was always worsening *until* I ve come here and they explained heir philosophies to me. They said, we can always make stronger lenses to help you see a bit more at each visit, but over time it s harder on your eyes. They also urged me to wear glasses a few days a week for the longevity of my eyesight instead of my 24/7 contact lenses. Ever since I ve seen these docs and heeded their advice, my eyes have felt & seen the best they have in the years..and I ve been wearing glasses/contacts for 25 years. They re very relaxed, extremely flexible, & generous. It s an added bonus to have such knowledgeable docs, especially Dr. Sculley. You won t be sorry if you try them.

Carlos never faxed my charts to my new eye doctors office nor did he follow up as promised. Mind you this is hours later. A rude associate by the name of Rich answered the phone & said what do you need we emailed them to you. Here s what I want, an associate to follow through as promised & no attitude. He made it easy for me to walk away & never return. For the record, I didn t ask for an email, I asked the charts be faxed to my new eye doctors office! I provided all the information needed in my first phone call. I guess I can t be mad though, when associates are making minimum wage, I should of expected to get minimum wage service. No wonder Dr. Grant left the practice... Just saying. I recommend to look elsewhere.

Customer service is at top notch, they care about their customers, i was kind of late on ordering my contact lenses, since I ordered my contacts on weekends they told me it will take one week to arrive, for time being they gave me free pairs of trial lenses,

Had excellent customer service from the manager Rich when we did not qualify for a rebate.

Once again our experience at Custom Eyes was wonderful. From the minute you step through the door, throughout the entire appointment, to check-out and follow up, everything is handled efficiently and diligently. The customer service is top notch! Joe is fabulous! He completed paperwork for my daughter's school, that I only, in passing, mentioned, that I would drop off later in the week. By the time I arrived home from the appointment, the paperwork was completed and signed and in my email box!!! Dr. Kevin Pfeiffer-- I cannot say enough about how terrific he is! He took his time to explain each and every step of the appointment. He is professional, warm and understanding-- a rare gem! Dr. Pfeiffer caught a very serious issue with my daughter's eyesight, something we were completely unaware of and could have later caused extreme issues. Thank you Dr. ! We have been going to Custom Eyes for years and will continue to do so!

Dr. Mike is the man. Nuff said. Not only is he personable but he is knowledgeable when it comes to yer peepers!! Not only do they have a nice selection of frames but they also house nice sunglasses as well. If they don t have an item in stock, they ll order for you no problem. Parking is scarce in that area but if you re a country or suburb mouse, forget it! You ll be overwhelmed. Viva Dr. Mike!!

Bought sun and prescription glasses for my wife and I while visiting last Logan Square last year. We were so satisfied and had such a great buying experience that we contacted Speed and Marissa for new pairs this year. They are awesome and we love our new Moscat Sunglasses and SALT frames with Shamir Lenses! Thanks again!

I couldn t be more happy with my experience with Dr. Pfeiffer and the entire staff at Custom Eyes. Dr. Pfeiffer really took the time to understand my needs and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I had been struggling to find a brand of contacts that were comfortable given my dry eyes. He found the perfect contacts for me and I couldn t be happier. Their selection of frames is the best in the city and I m really happy with the new pair that they helped me pick out. This was an excellent experience.
