Cassandra was absolutely amazing. She is very pleasant to speak with. If I could bottle her up and take her with me to do all my talking and dealing with people, it would be a perfect world for me. Casey is there for you and your needs and I am humbly grateful that it was she who answered my call. She deserves to be praised for what she does. It's not easy dealing with people over the phone, we can get nasty at times. Casey's voice alone made me smile and as she tended to my needs, my anxiety was lifted. All because of the EXCELLENT customer service she gave. Bravo Cassandra, keep up the good work and flick the ignorance of others off your shoulder. You should get a raise in my opinion.

I got a car loan from these people & I took sick from my job which was a Stroke I suffered Memory Loss & Brain damage, which will not allow me to go back to work ever, but the car is registered in my wife's name so I called & asked them to lower my payments 3x & the woman said No, most we can offer is 10.00 off & that's only if they accept it, so I told her come get the car 3x & she said No, we won't do that, We offered to pay 300.00 a month from 548.31 & she refused, she was rude & ignorant, So no money, No car, I will never deal with these people again, I had to get someone to help me write this review, So she will drive it till the wheels fall off, Because I am not paying.

After a difficult and unexpected separation my credit really took a beating due to joint accounts. Carfinco was the first to approve a loan for my vehicle. It s the first vehicle I ve ever bought on my own, in my own name -it s empowering! If you re a woman starting over again, I recommend this place because they will treat you with respect. My credit has since improved and I was recently approved for my own credit card, thanks to my rating because of Carfinco. Just make sure you always make your payments on time and you will never have a problem. You really can build up and have your own financial autonomy. Thanks Carfinco for giving me a chance when no other lender would!

I had the pleasure of talking with Dorothy M. She was amazing to talk to and helped me out big time! She got me laughing and she was able to get my problem resolved. I m very glad and grateful for the interaction. She deserves a raise or a gift from the company. Thanks again Dorothy.

Speaking from online experience - couldn't find a way to rate them any other way. I'm from NB and Carfinco was the first to accept me, and I love my first car. Excited to get a truck. Plus, if you're in a tight spot they're more than helpful. Thanks, Carfinco.

I take off one star because the built-in alarm system goes off for days, even after making the payment on time.

Also, multiple times I've been charged NSF fees and late fees for circumstances due to the pandemic. It took more than 5 phone calls to finally get it sorted. I recommend asking for a manager for emergency situations. For some reason it took almost 15 phone calls to sort out complete access to my online Carfinco account, meaning I can't modify online payments, or other important tasks, thus causing many NSF fees and late fees.

Still, they do deferrals, and you can schedule payments. If you're told different, ask for a manager.

They're mostly kind and friendly over the phone.

Taylor was not only polite, easy to talk to and helped me with all the concerns I had. I am very impressed with the level of service I received thank you!!

Staff was very helpful, they gave me great and informative information. They helped me out alot where as I can save a bit of money. I was in such a tight spot financially. Thank God for these ladies great job!.

Have nothing bad to say about my financing company - they were able to assist twice this year which is awesome and unheard of for certain financing company. Love them

Going through a job change and my pay dates did not line up so well. Carfinco was able to make adjustments to my pay date to accomldate. Sue was awesome to talk to. Gave easy answers and recommendations to make sure I get the result I want when updating my profile with Carfinco.
