Came out to my house because of rodents in the attic. Did an inspection of the house and threw some bait blocks up into the attic. Said to call back in a week if we still heard them in the attic. Called back, set up a time for them to come back and they never showed. Spent a lot of money to have nothing resolved.
I can't thank Nate Nunnally and Custom West enough for their help today. Working for the Missoula Fire Department we get called to help people in all sorts of predicaments but I was unable to assist an elderly woman with her problem with a wasp's nest. We offered to help with the cost associated in the removal of the nest but Custom West offered to help at no cost to us or the elderly woman. They were prompt, professional and I will certainly be contacting them in the future for any pest control needs!

We were having a problem with bees at our home. I am allergic and needed to find a way to help deal with the problem so that my kids and I could not worry. They came out quickly and were able to help not only get that problem dealt with but also to help with some spiders which were there. The service was quickly and professionally done.

Wanted a skunk removed from our property; was under the impression that the animal would be taken to forest and let go. Distressed and horrified when told the skunk would be killed by drowning - in my own yard. In talking with other pest control companies, they too expressed their surprise about drowning the poor animal. Wish I would have been better informed.
The pest control guy just left so should be ant-free in 48 hrs. It appeared he did a thorough job and he explained a lot to me about the products used and answered all my questions.

I have worked for this company and I have got to say they are the best and most honest company to work for.
I've been a satisfied customer for years, however this year I am forced to find someone different. Last summer the cost was $60/month to spray for our major pest of carpenter ants. This year they want $225/month. I can't justify this kind of increase in one year, we live on a fixed income. Good luck with these price increases.

I gave you one star because I was a customer if yours many years ago..even referred family to you. Recently I had made 2 appointments with you, both of which unforeseen circumstances kept me from being home at the appointed time..frustrating for you I understand. However when I called to make another appointment, the woman who answered was extremely rude, gave me an excuse that she couldn't schedule at that time and would call me back...which she never did. This company used to be very professional and courteous...however now you're just rude and unprofessional, not to mention overpriced!

I called Custom West Pest control because we suddenly developed a large ant problem. The ants were EVERYWHERE. Custom West came out inspected the problem and treated the house for ants. The results were truly impressive. We went from ants everywhere to no ants whatsoever (except the dead ones) in a day. The price was extremely fair and much less than I had expected.
I also appreciated the fact that the tech explained to me what he was doing, how it worked and what to expect.

I had a mess. Pigeons had nested under my solar panels, raised young, attracted others and the flock was growing. Eggshells, droppings, feathers,... all ran downhill and landed on my entranceway.
I called one outfit who looked at the problem, put me off for a week and then said the roof was too steep for them. I called around and another pest removal company referred me to Custom West. They came by quickly, provided an estimate and took on the job. It required a team of two and a lift to get the nests removed and a barrier around the panels. After that, Ben made multiple trips to pre-bait the traps, set them and take the pigeons to a happier place. Finally, a team of two got the place washed and cleaned.
The Custom West team got the job done knowledgeably, efficiently, and thoroughly. Throughout the process, communication was superb and everyone was pleasant and fun to work with. Ben was involved at every stage and handled the day-to-day baiting, trapping, and removal wonderfully. He had to return more times than we anticipated and caught almost 20 birds. He was always on schedule, personable and informative. When removal was complete, the team power washed the roofs, gutters, siding and entrance area.
I could not be happier with the job done. I would use Custom West again for any pest problem and I recommend them with great enthusiasm.

Best pest control company around! Locally owned with super friendly supportive staff and very reasonable pricing. They got me on the schedule quickly & took care of our brown recluse problem. Plus they use kid/pet friendly products so I didn't have to worry about my toddler's safety. I wouldn't recommend any other company!
I discovered mice in my garage and I thought I'd just put out some D-Con and my problem would be solved. I put out some bait, which was eaten rapidly, and later some traps, but I just seemed to keep seeing more and more evidence of mice. I decided I wanted this problem solved, so I called Custom West Pest Control based on Google reviews. They came out within 48 hours, during which time I discovered the mice had also been living in my crawlspace. Eric came out and he was knowledgeable and reassuring. He explained what the plan would be, and made sure all my questions were answered. He put out dog-proof/child-proof bait stations and several traps. We caught a lot of mice at first, but Eric came back regularly and it dropped way off. Eric kept in touch with me by phone and text to monitor the situation. I'm now mouse-free, their access holes are plugged and their mess has been removed. The scheduling was flexible and accommodating with my work schedule. I feel like the rates were reasonable, also. My problem has been solved, and I feel very good about the service and attention I received from Custom West.
