I had an average experience with Custom Built Personal Training. The trainers were knowledgeable and the workouts were effective. However, I felt that the facilities could be improved. Overall, it was an okay experience.

These people are a total joke. They are just after your $$$$ and that is all they want. My trainer was constantly saying he scheduled me and didn't. I haven't heard from this place in 3 months until they decide to take 2 months worth of payments out of my account with consent or my knowledge. They have been in a breach of contract for 3 months. Do not give them your checking account information. I am taking them to court. I have proof that I have tried on at leas t 3 occassions to contact my trainer, he never returns texts or phone calls. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
Horrible. They do not return phone calls. They have not sent me my refund check that they own me in over three months.
I haven't been in contract w custom built since 2013 now I have over $2000 on my credit history saying I owe the company money!!!! How horrible. I discontinued my contract with this company and my trainer due to change of employment and move out of state. Custom built wanted proof and requested for my chief to submit a written letter to the custom built which was also completed they still apperently sent it to collections instead of dismissing the contract!! I highly highly recommend signing nothing with this company. Over $2000 worth of sessions they are trying to say I owe! They don't care what their own contract says! And your word or proof mean nothing!
