Cunningham was able to come out to my house the same day I called! Tim ran diagnostics and replaced a fan motor really quickly to get everything up and running again. Extremely happy with their service!

I have used Cunningham & Associates for years. They have installed HVAC systems, done repairs & maintenance, and most recently replaced an old hot water heater. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They are always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have a 110 year old house, and doing things here are not always easy. I tried another well-known company just for maintenance, and it was a mess. So back I went to Cunningham. I don t worry when they are working at my house.

The crew that installed our new unit was very friendly, punctual and even nice to our two pups. Their work was 10/10 and we are happy.

I purchased HVAC from Cunningham and keep annual maintenance plans since. Pricing may be slightly higher compare to some smaller competitors/business establishments but I am buying/paying for piece of mind, accurateness, perfection, professionalism and responsiveness. Cunningham offers streamlined and responsible services (if they made error, they will make it right. That is the promise). If you're looking for hussle free/a piece of mind for what you pay, go with Cunningham. Highly recommend.

The inspector who inspected our home in preparation for selling, suggested that our furnace filter was filthy, although Cunningham had just replaced it. Despite that, Nick sent Roger out to replace the filter again (it was NOT filthy!) and he also took the time to vacuum out the furnace. No charge, of course, but they were there within an hour of my call and completely helpful as always.
