The inspector who inspected our home in preparation for selling, suggested that our furnace filter was filthy, although Cunningham had just replaced it. Despite that, Nick sent Roger out to replace the filter again (it was NOT filthy!) and he also took the time to vacuum out the furnace. No charge, of course, but they were there within an hour of my call and completely helpful as always.
