So called receptionist was very rude and didn t want to help me, someone on break helped me and that s sad.
Greeted with "You aren't suppose to be here, we are closed to the public." Funny, I though the CC Department of Health was open to serve the public?
I described my need to pick-up a water testing report of my house. Greeter gets my report and then informs me, "You were suppose to come to the door and ask for a water certificate. (giggle, giggle)". Unbelievable lack of professional and people skills.
But my all time favorite, was calling to confirm that the Health Department's location is in the Maurice View Plaza, which it is. A larger than life sign can be viewed next to the Health Department saying Maurice View Plaza. The Health Department worker had never seen this sign and said the Health Department is across the street from the American Legion. Literally, the worker doesn't even know the location of where she works. I'm embarrassed for them.
This health department is very easy to work with. It's a pleasure doing business with them.
