This place is pretty large but usually overcrowded. If you don't mind other guys starting at your junk while urinating the men's room her is perfect because they were to cheap to add a small divider. Almost every time I come here there is an over filled trash in the men's room with trash on the floor. I almost bit the dust after slipping on paper towels.

So I have been here many times and it has always been awesome!! But tonight I ended up spilling a shake on my way to throw it out, and It got everywhere... and so I was honest with the employees that I had made a mess everything was cleaned up in about a minute and a half! They even offered me a new drink in case I wasn t trying to throw it away. I have a lot of classmates who work here and while we had a good laugh they kept it completely professional! Only good reviews!!

I'm a loyal fan of Culver's and I made a point to visit the location where the first Culver's was born, in 1984. It's a very nice place in Sauk City, WI.

I have stopped at this location a few times and it hasn't disappoited me. From well topped sundaes, fresh coffee or meals, they are all delicious! Great quality, as always at Culver's, friendly staff and delicious food!

I used to feel that Culver's set a new standard when it comes to fast food and customer service. Over the last few years, I've become less pleased with the company as a whole, particularly the landmark location.

While you can't begin to compare McDonald's food to Culver's, the former hits it out of the ballpark when it comes to accurate orders, particularly special requests. Time and time again, Culver's has messed up the simplest of requests. The smoothies, one of their warm weather staples, are far from consistent. Due to a medical issue, I was getting one daily last year. About 25% of the time, the smoothie was lacking the lemon ice component or I was given the wrong flavor.

Additionally, when I wrote to corporate about my issues with their lack of consistency, their suggestion was that every time I place an order, I should mention that I have medical issues. This is wrong on so many levels. Living with these problems is difficult enough. I should not have to announce it with every order. If the issue was celiac disease, it would be a different story. Plus, what does this say about the consumer who doesn't have a medical issue? Are they more deserving of an error in their order? I think not.

I'm also unhappy with the fact that they've removed the dinners from their outside menu. These are their most expensive meals and the price can be a little shocking when you get your total.

Lastly, my favorite item on the menu is no longer an option. I miss you, chicken dinners!

I'm finding less and less reasons to go to Culver's.

Amazing food. Picture perfect burgers that look exactly like the ones on commercial and great customer service. The cheese curds would make wisconsin proud. Keep doing what your doing. The original = The best.

This is the one where it all started! The butter burger phenomenon had its humble beginnings right here and the qualities that made it grow as a franchise are engrained deeply into this store. The food speaks for itself. The staff are top notch. Burgers, custard, chili, even fish. Welcome to delicious!
