Honestly it s against the health code to make people come into work extremely sick! customers doesn t want to get sick or want workers touching their food when they are sick The Fort Atkinson Culver s manger (Cody) (Haley) makes us workers come in very sick and contaminating customers food when we should be staying home getting well! That s wrong! Top that off they allow co-works s dip there spoons into the custards bins and eat them!! That s disgusting that s crossing the health codes! Please send over the Health Dept to the Fort Atkinson Culver s on Maddison Ave!

3 strikes you're out.......3 different locations, 3 botched orders with a pice of paper bonus in my fish sandwich. No Salt and Pepper that I requested and no napkins. If I have to bring my own linens and salt and pepper shakers I will go else where.......

We love Culvers! Great butter burgers, frozen custard, and service! We're need one in Toledo, Ohio! (On Central Ave., between McCord and King, to be specific!)

I recently went to sauk city culvers 6 days in a row, 3 of them with coupons, 3 exact order without coupons. Money that you save from coupons are small, not worth getting upset. But Turns out they don't honor the coupons they mail to the residents. I even talked with the cashier regarding this issue. I would have ate at culvers regardless of coupon. Why would you lie and cheat your own customers. My family has been eating at culvers atleast twice a week, for 7-8 years. Now You have lost a handfull of customers for chump change. I hope it was worth it.

I ordered coleslaw with my roast beef dinner today, and it was very dry. No mayo mixed with it, absolutely nothing. This was at the Carpentersville, IL Culver's. Culver's has not had anything new on their menu for a very long time. Very disappointed.

Apparently complaints are for other conpanies who care about your service and dollar. No response from upper management means you condone poor management and poor quality food. No more Culver s for our family! There are PLeNTY of other burger joints that know good customer care.

I think your advertising is a bit off! Very disappointed after spending $5.00 on my favorite ice cream only to find it very lacking in the mint department!

I ve been living in the area for a a few years now and I have visited several different Culver s. Each and every time we visited we also order ice cream, The people that cook in the back they re wearing gloves, but why in the world and the people who are making your ice cream wearing gloves. They should put somewhere in training there if you re dealing with food any type of food whether it cook food raw food ice cream spraying whip cream on ice cream you should be wearing. Normally the people who they have making ice cream at the same folks that are handling your money and you know for sure money is disgustingly nasty all types of germs are lingering around on money credit cards. But they do not wear gloves with the issue. Whoever all the different franchises in the Fort Myers area they need to have their employees wearing gloves whether they re cooking someone s food or making ice cream.

I have been to culvers twice over 2 weeks, and the service was less than respectful. The first visit, being a Veteran and the failure to recognize a Veteran and spouse. The second visit on 29 August, the customer representative failed to take my families order properly leaving food off the order. Had to have the manager on duty fix the problem.to have bad service two weeks in a row is unsatisfactory. I will steer clear of Culvers for a long time to come. I will not eat at another Culvers store. No customer should have to deal with bad service continuously time after time. I do not appreciate bad customer service.
