This company is a very unprofessional work environment. The review by Ron below is from an employee that works at Culbertson Resources. There are only 2 recruiters and they are extremely unprofessional. They are allowed to make snide and racist remarks and when called out on it the owner, Ui Culbertson will side with them 100% then have the audacity to lie about it when questioned as to why she allows this behavior in her office.
Good thing is where there are unfair business practices, they are usually not in business for long. Lying and hate are characteristics of people that I choose not to deal with and no one should be subject to such harassment in the work place!
