Great atmosphere for a Sports Bar. Lots of TVs to watch the game on. The wait staff is always friendly and accommodating.

The food here was quite good. I had the bacon burger and fries, and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The waitress did ok, nothing especially good or bad. The atmosphere of the place was a little nicer and calmer than most sports bars. The TVs were high end TVs and were placed well. Very nice place.

First time I have been there & AWESOME FOOD & SERVICE!!!! I had the Thai Nachos and they were nothing short of PHENOMENAL!!!

Great Cabernet! Pleasantly surprised! Also liked the spinach artichoke dip.

The rooftop bar is amazing. Great place to watch the game too!

Used to be my favorite place in town. Lately my fries are always cold and the food is out 2 mins from the time the appetizer hits the table. A couple of the waitresses have no manners at all, and I always seem to get stuck with them. Will change my rating when you guys stop serving dry burger patties.

Food was wonderful, everything was hot and made correctly when we got it. The service was super slow though. It was busy when we were in but we had to wait about 10 minutes just to get drinks even though we could see them sitting at the bar, and refills even just for water took so long we were basically done eating by the time we got them.

Best all round sports bar in town serving solid bar grub.

Always a fun time. 4 stars cuz I'm not a fan of crowds and it's usually a full house!

Usually love Cubbys!!! But last night, two of us got called an "idiot" by one of the waitresses. It's terrible that the servers can get away with that. I understand it was busy, and I am sure they were on edge, but come on, that is just rude and very poor customer service. I will most definitely not be going there again if I see her working.

Came through town for a college visit. This town is definitely catered to the younger crowd. Cubby s is a stylish sports pub with craft beers and a bartender that knows their craft beer. Food was great, unique, and bold. Portions are above average and plenty for two people to share unless you re a big eater. Affordable pricing

Don't get back to Brookings often, but last time I was back we stopped in Cubbys for some good food and great martinis.

Terrible terrible nachos. Then the service was terrible. Said 3 times thank you, very rude , no smile and acted as we were an unconnvineve

Was good as usual food wise and the wait staff was prompt and polite too not just leaving us all on own and the time we went too wasn't all that busy so decently quiet too for and bar and grill

Service was slow. Food was mediocre. However it's Superbowl Sunday so I would try it again.

Awesome staff. Recommend the Phillies cheese steak nachos but sub in fries!

I love the food and the atmosphere of Cubby's we go here quite often.

Atmosphere is great it is definitely a sports bar. The rooftop is amazing and I love it. The service is usually good. The food is poor poor poor. It is almost all bland and just fried food. It makes me sick. This place is perfect for college students, but not for a regular. Just too many fried food and the menu never ever changes.

Cubbys is always a great place to go to grab a bite and a brew. If the Jack's are out of town they are probably on at Cubbys.

Fried pickles are wonderful, great atmosphere, good selection of beers

It's touch and go, I eat there weekly due to it being close to work. When ever I get salads the lettuce is old and limp, like it was frozen at some point in time.

This place has some of the best food in town. I love it! Their soda, though, is not to be drank. I like a good soda, but Cubby's is mostly flat. Every time I have been in there, it's mostly flat and doesn't compare to other restaurants in town. Please, change this. Thank you!

Happy 17th anniversary. Thanks for the ice cream. Change to Heinz ketchup would be my only advice.

Great staff and service. The interesting and well matched combinations of topping on the burgers were marred by the tasteless patty.

Much larger than it looks, night and day difference from the local Applebee's, we had a server at our table before we all got sat down, Applebee's took over a half hour just to get someone's attention, food was quick and good and service was very prompt at well handled

Cool on gameday as long as you are willing to be patient for food.

Food is always tasty and atmosphere usually fun and energetic. The place is a laid back sports bar type with decent prices and tasty quick service....when you can get the servers to stop huddling around the bar...other than having to fight for Attention..i recomnend this place for fun fair great food. Remeber ladies...teamwork makes the dream work...it doesn't have to be your table to take care of a customer...think this way...i come back often and will remember how many times you looked at my empty margarita glass and walked right past me...and next time you MIGHT be my server...so always be helpful...it will come back to you...i promise!

Wings had little to no sauce and by the time they got sauce out the wings were cold. Seems like the portion sizes of chislic and cheese balls have been reduced when it seems that the price has stayed the same. Great bartenders though.

I always get the chicken tender basket with sweet potato fries. Never disappoints and I love the atmosphere!

Excellent local sports bar that offers great food as well as many local beer options! Great staff and awesome service.
