Mojitos were not very good at all and there isn't enough space on public holidays... But it's an okay

Too crowded over summer weekends and the pricing is high

This is the perfect girl's night out, fun place to hang out at. Its live during the day and the night.

I have been here on 2008 , at that time was the best in the city,,,

I don't know if the place is small, or all people in the area just decided to visit. I don't enjoy drinking whilst standing the whole time, having to squeeze myself (through the "dance floor" and other patrons) when going out for a smoke or to buy my next round. Good music on quality speakers...

Very crowded, then got my phone stolen. The few people I spoke to said they could not help me. Will not return.

Like the venue but sometimes staff can be delayed....otherwise its all good

but sometimes they're said to customers at Entrance reception you must eat in two hours because place they're giving you for sitting is RESERVED for others....

Great vibe. Bar staff have an bad attitude, table service is great though. Food is a miss for me.

Don't go at the end of the month. Service is slow - I waited more than 2 hours for my drink!

Bad service no tables allocated to patrons unless you book in advance but there isn't an upfront notice informing the public of such. We were seated outside but the main door to the restaurant was closed as if we were not buying from the restaurant. On new years eve, we couldn't get chairs or drinks couldn't even order because we would have ate from the floor. They do not take care of patrons unless you intend to spend a lot of money. Bad service indeed, I felt like it was a tarven an excuse of a restaurant.

Few available tables, you have to book a table, 4 hours prior your arrival.

Terrible terribleeeeeee service, we booked for 5 and we were squeezed in a small table for 4 we couldn't even eat at the Same time. We asked our waiter how are we going to eat he went to ask the manager and after 30min he came and told us that, that's the table 4 there is nothing he can do... later some group of Nigerians came and the hostess wanted to move us to another table to accommodate their regular clients . So if you are not a Nigerian or you not a friend with the Nigerian bouncers you are screwed ...never never again

This place is just pure class.its really one of the best in town.

Cubana is just unprofessional and the staff members are always using vulgar language of which is unethical for someone who's listening like customers.Waiters are professional but management is just horrible and illiterate.The bouncer are good as to beat people and throw them away.

No social distancing inside but outside we are told to keep a distance, we were packed inside literally no space.I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Asked for non alcoholic cocktails because we don't drink and there was alcohol in then i ordered polenta squares with my fillet and the didn't have so i opted for chips when my meal came it wasn't beef fillet then only the waitress informed me there isn't fillet 15 min later 3 of the other people at our table only got their food another 10 min later the other people got their meals we were 8 at the table then we had to re remind the waitress that we ate still waiting for one more virgin Pina colada but i must at least say food was good

Awesome place if you're looking for a vibe and good music. However make sure that you have company because it attracts a large crowd and the last thing you want is to be at a great chill spot alone

Perfect for any mood you are in. Sunday lunch with your family, supper with your partner or drinks with the girls/guys.
Food is amazing drinks are all unique and fantastic. And after 11 be sure to expect some live DJ entertainment

I will never go to Cubana Greenpoint again. The staff is rude. One of the waiters hit us with a table and even pushed me. The manger wasn t bothered by the situation. I suggest that any self respecting person not go there. It was horrible.

Ruuuude bouncers. Do not go to Cubana you will not enjoy your night. Bouncers remove you from where you're sitting to accommodate whoever that bribes them

I had made a booking via mail over the weekend for the next Friday. On Monday I called to confirm the booking and to change the booking to an hour later. The hostess confirmed changing the booking from 8pm to 12am which was great! When we got to Cubana on Friday at about 7:30pm, arriving 30min early for our dinner booking, the hostess told us that we were late for our reservation and our table had been given to someone else, without so much as a phone call. As I looked down at the untidy hand written list, my name was still pencilled in for 7pm. We were allowed to sit in the VIP area while we awaited the manager, who insisted that we were late and nothing could be done. He said we shouldn't have been late and was quite rude about it actually, never acknowledging any fault on their side. Even when I explained everything and said that it's not our fault because we were in fact on time, he said, "Not according to our records." and "lets not argue about the situation", etc. All this, instead of being diplomatic and apologising for the mix up and just assisting us with a table as best he could; which would have been the appropriate thing to do. We were told we could stay in the VIP area until 9pm, which was when the next patrons would arrive. While we sat and waited for someone to take our order, we noticed that we were just being ignored. To add insult to injury, it was the second stop of my friend's bachelorette party. Even though the manager eventually came back and said that he had organised us a table, it was too late because the mood had already been dampened. We left not long thereafter. I think it's definitely about who they know or who the regulars are who gets preferential treatment. I will never go back because it's definitely not worth all the exclusivety. If I could rate zero stars I would.

If you love the Hubbly Bubbly then this is the place to go, always busy but nice place to start your night.... food mmmmm... not the very best but hey if you hungry, you won't taste the difference...
