The decoration and furniture feels a bit outdated, but it s a nice enough place if you re looking for some drinks with friends.

Their service is up to standard, I loved everything about it !

Doors closed at 23:00 so if you're outside you cant hear the music

Can get covid easy as they close the doors at a certain time and there's no ventilation. Otherwise, the vibe is awesome and if you guy, come prepared as there's a lot of girls that's looking for a sugar daddy and attention lol

Completely lovely atmosphere during the week not over packed however the female waiters need to be more friendly to female customers.

The bar tenders are rude and weren't very accomodating, even my attempts to speak to the manager weren't fruitful because he was also dismissive. The security wasn't helpful, they need to be trained in customer service

Jho worse I've been in Cape Town took them close to 30 min for us to get a waiter but the food still the best guess the wait was worth it

No customer service...the black lady host at the door is rude, the policy of kicking away people after 2 hours is very degrading...with all that, not worthy it..please cubana fix this...it used to be a great place get great service not attitude people.

Waited over 2 hours to be seated, whole place was empty, ended up leaving. Bad service, not accommodation. Pretentious

Listen, it's a vibe. If you're looking for a nice time, this is the place for you. Prices are outrageous though and your safety is somewhat at stake but nothing too bad

Great place. Nice vibe but drinks are expensive. Pre-drink somewhere cheaper (home) and buy one at the pub and have fun.

Very vibey for late night drinks, snacks and to have some fun.

We booked a table but they chased us away for a richer client . That upset me a lot and ruined my time there In all honesty. But the service was good, although the hookah wasn't amazing the second time around even after we changed the coal (which they charged us extra for)

Visit Cubana for the start to a good night. Best to book as they get quite busy.

Decent shishas (not as good as Shisha Hut or Station on Bree), above average cocktails, and some yummy baskets!

Good vibes and ambience but staff is generally lacking training/manners. Literally been side eyed by one chick (at the door) after I asked what was the table policy, another one just completely ignored my request for napkins and then the other seemed to pretend not to know English. The short haired girl was lovely though, and very helpful.

After doing the tourist visits, it was time to see how the local capetonians relax and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The music was fantastic and the people made you feel at home, which isn't hard to do with good wine and a nice cuban.
