Terrible customer service. I was in on Memorial Day, visiting from outside the area so I had a few questions and everyone I encountered in this store looked at me like I had two heads. Disappointing.
Everything is overly priced Walmart is cheaper for majority of their products an has more selective items
GREAT idea to have coupon discount prices come off automatically if you have a Cub rewards card! THANK YOU my Brainerd Cub, thank you!!!!! Now tho...could you quit this nonsense about switching ads on Wednesday!!!!!!!!!? What would be so bad about running the sales Wednesday to the following Sunday, have the sales overlap a few days, Dah! I ve walked out empty handed because I got disgusted with the items I had wanted no longer on sale. Trust me, I m not the only one having done this! I ll go to Walmart and get it at the price you had, or less. You ve lost sales because of it. I suppose I ve wasted my time and energy on this because I doubt that Cub will view it!
Not a very affordable place to do all the shopping, but it's nice when you just need to pick up a few items.

Clean store and friendly check out employees, wanted help finding a plant that was easy to care for. They took time to help me. Now let's seem how long I can keep it alive lol
This is usually my go-to for smaller items I can't get at costco, I was pretty bothered when I went a few nights ago. They have clear signage saying they enforce the mask mandate, but I saw at least 20 people walking around in the store with no mask.
Cub obviously doesn't care about their compromised customers.
I love the pop machine which has cans of pop for .35 cents
Always have a good time when I go to Cub Foods. Night is best for those who have anxiety. Night is less crowded.
Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Lots of produce options. It even has a pharmacy.

I miss the Maple Grove Cub Foods. I spent all my food dollars there. Now that I'm in another town, grocery shopping is limited. It's sad to see everyone carrying Smithfield pork products, they are sub par if you're looking for good pork.
Great store with low turn over so the people working there get to know the customers. That always makes for a better experience for the customers
I like their large selection of organic foods. Everything is easy to find. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. Always well staffed so you never have to wait long .
Favorite grocery store in Brainerd.
I've had a few sour experiences past 5PM and onwards with the employees, but the morning/afternoon staff are nice. The produce is usually fairly good as are the baked goods. All of that said though, the product selection is limited, and even with a Cub rewards card the prices are extremely steep.

I love the variety in the deli and the grilled and fried chicken. So great for a fast pick up and easy dinner. Wonderful flavor as well.
Shocking. They don't require their customers to wear mask! I even asked a Manager. Half the customers are not wearing mask.
