I've worked with CTW for years and have nothing but great things to say about them. Awesome service and great products! One of the BEST companies I've worked with!

I can't say enough about this company from their quality farmhouse decor to their incredible staff. Other people are complaining about shipping costs but if you have been in business and shipped anything you'd know their costs are reasonable. They even go the extra mile to shop shipping prices before shipping the products out. There are many variables that go into shipping costs including geographic location, residential vs. business delivery address, fuel surcharges, etc and none of this is anything anyone but the shipping carriers can control. It is out of their hands. I had to review and expand on this because I do not think they are getting a fair shake. They have always gone above and beyond in every situation I've worked with them on including a few shipments with broken items which they replaced without question. I actually went and visited their facility and met the whole team. I'm telling you these people couldn't be any nicer.

Great products, good customer service with same day response, they quickly take care of issues, they are nice to deal with, and pretty quick shipping.

This is a fantastic Company. I have done business with them for years. They are excellent at working with small businesses. They have fast shipping times and great customer service. They all know me by name and I never feel like a number. Highly recommend CTW.

From a retailer perspective....... don't even bother! I've been a retailer for this company for the past year and recently fired them for the following reasons: make a lot of mistakes filling orders, their drop-ship program is a joke, shipping costs impossible to obtain prior to shipping. They provide a list of box sizes and weights that are suppose to be for all their active products but apparently isn't not kept current. They use shredded paper to pack their products that makes an incredible mess. While I will give them credit for fast shipping, their shipping methods and handling of merchandise is questionable. In the short time we dealt with CTW, we received merchandise that was neither wrapped correctly nor boxed correctly for shipping. They often use boxes that do not match the size of the content that in turn pads the shipping costs to an exorbitant amount. When an order is drop-shipped, the outrageous shipping costs make it not even profitable to fulfill an order. Reaching someone in Customer Service is a joke! The most recent, and last, experience with them included a drop-shipment where not only was the price of the shipping 3 times the amount it should have been for 2 small items that should have weighed no more than 5 lbs. with the shipping box, they also pulled and packed two other items that were not a part of the order so that a box 3 times the necessary size was used and then charged us $38.39 in shipping costs for a very small order. Not only did this create a bad situation with our customer, because we are ultimately responsible for the actions of CTW, we surely lost a customer due to their incompetence. What bothers me most about this company other than their complete incompetence is their lack of concern for the numerous mistakes and the lack of sincere apology for their actions. After this last incident with pulling the wrong order and over-charging us for shipping, they first refunded half of the shipping costs but only after I complained and then after three days of not seeing the refund, I had to contact them again to find out why. I eventually did get a response for their Customer Service manager, who by all accounts did not appear to really know what was going on, said they were refunding another $6.00 to offset the outrageously large box used (rated at 57 lbs. by weight and dimension) but again, 9 days later, I had to email again to find out why that credit of $6.00 had not been issued. This seems to be the norm of this company: horrible communication or no communication at all, it's very difficult to reach someone when there is an issue, their systems of notifying about when an order ships seems to be totally lacking as I've had shipments just show up without any communication at all from CTW, even after asking about status, and their warehouse appears to be incredibly disorganized and run by people that neither understand about proper packing and shipping technique nor do they have a system for checking that orders are packed and counted properly. I can only imagine the chaos on a day-to-day basis if they have this many issues with filling just my orders over the course of just over 1 year. From the complaints I'm seeing online about this company, these are NOT isolated incidents but are the norm for this company. I have fired this supplier from our product lines and it's really a shame. They have wonderful products that our customers seemed to love but dealing with all the issues with this company not only made it not profitable for us, it was incredibly frustrating to have to apologize to customers constantly on their behalf. If I were to rate this company on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give them a 1 only because their products are very nice. The rest, not so much! Don't waste your time!

You dont find out the shipping costs until the item is shipped so you would have to price way to high to make a profit to cover ridiculous shipping fees

We have dealt with CTW Home Collection for many years, and they remain our primary and dominant supplier.They are very consistent in processing orders, and are extremely reliable. Shipping charges are reasonable, and they allow us to use either our FedEx Account or UPS account, or if we use their account, they only charge their actual expenses. They also offer drop shipping to our customers with no surcharge to us.
On the rare occasions when we have an issue with a product, they take care of it quickly and with no cost to us.
Each year they introduce a wide variety of new products that have a great appeal to our customers, at fair prices.
In the many years we have been a re-seller, we have never gotten to the point where we are able to offer all the products they have..
We have no incentive to seek other suppliers, because they service almost all our needs.
We highly recommend them.

I have used CTW as one of our suppliers for a few years, now. They are wonderful to work with! Sara has been my contact person and she is wonderful to help with anything that I need. Email response time is very quick and they are very fast on shipping out all of my orders. Quality of the merchandise is great and my customer's love CTW's products. I highly recommend!

Still waiting on my order to ship. Shipping takes to long with this company. 4 weeks is to long.

The surprise shipping cost are ridiculous. Impossible to plan or to make a profit. You purchase something for $10, find out days later that they charged you $30, due to shipping cost. Awful. Cute products but you guys really need to work out this shipping issue. I will be looking elsewhere for a new supplier

Sometimes you have to admit you are just wrong and that is what I am doing. My sincere apologies to CTW for my prior review which I have deleted and am redoing. I was upset about not knowing the freight charges prior to completion of my order. I do wish their systems could reflect estimated freight charges prior to completion of the order. I received my shipment today and am more than happy with all of my products and had I stopped to figure the cost of the products and the shipping, they are still more than fair. Everything was packed safely and arrived as promised. Again, I apologize for my negative review because it was unwarranted. Thanks so much.

I absolutely LOVE CTW! I have been working with them for 6 years they have the best customer service, great shipping and handling times, if there is a problem it is fixed automatically although problems are very rare. CTW genuinely care about their retailers and our customers and will go out of their way to help your business to be successful. When I look for a company to sell for, I have to be able to trust them with my heart and CTW meets all of my check points, I never have a worry.
CTW is small business and family run and I consider them one of mine. Thank you for all that you do for my business I could not ask for a better business relationship.

Love the products have had a few issues but they have always made things right. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

Our store has worked with CTW for a year now, and they have the best customer service and quick shipping. Their products are good quality and prices are well worth it. We highly recommend doing business with CTW. Their Drop Ship Program has worked very well for us, and they make it easy for us to do on-line sales.(River Chic Designs).

Unfortunately I learned first hand that the negative reviews are true. The PROS for this company are: Live Customer Service Reps who answer the line quickly and are generally helpful. Sara has a very pleasant and helpful personality.
Great items and decent wholesale prices.
The Cons: Their shipping commitment is terrible. I was told one (1) week turnaround and it was three (3) weeks.
No communication about delays or issues, I had to keep calling.
They promised me twice my order would be shipped out the day I called but it wasn't.
The shipping cost is ridiculous and as others have said, you find out how bad when they send you the invoice after the shipment is completed. Their system for ordering does not have the technology to give shipping cost at time of checkout. The shipping cost for an item was $6 cheaper than the item. I was prepared for a high amount after reading reviews but in no way did I anticipate it being that much.

I just hope after being 7 days past my delivery date to the customer, that it arrives in perfect condition because I've heard others share about receiving broken or incomplete items. As a small business I can't risk my reputation and there is no way to accurately plan for business expenses if you get sticker shocked with the shipping costs every time. So I am going to remove all of their products from my all of my online platforms and store to avoid this disaster from happening again. I do hope they do something to resolve all of these issues because for a small business THEY COULD BE a great resource.

I ordered a lot of inventory. I was very surprised by the cost effective shipping costs. After reating the reviews, and I super nervous. I don't know if everyone is ordering smaller quantities...but I have four very large boxes, and thought the shipping was reasonable.

I run a shop on Etsy and know what it costs to ship smaller boxes, which is why I was nervous after reading the reviews. CTW is very fair, and none of my items were damaged.

Love the products! Orders arrive quite quickly. Shipping is added after you order so its a bit of a mystery but I've found its pretty reasonable considering the care taken with the products. Everything arrives wrapped in its own box. Items aren't flimsy cheap versions but rather a good sturdy product. One of my main suppliers.

Horrible experience dealing with this company. Cute products, but awful management. Products arrived broken more than once. Then shipped us the wrong items. Then would not follow through with correcting the issue. I could go on and on. I work with many wholesale companies. Never experienced so many problems.

The items are of good quality, unfortunately I will not be ordering from this company again,due to shipping being so expensive. I will not be able to make a profit on anything I ordered.

CTW has great products at competitive pricing. Picking and packing is quick. Customer service is exceptional!

DO NOT ORDER! shipping charges are a JOKE! $17 each to ship 9 items. Was told three weeks turnaround when I questioned at 3 weeks was told 4. I would have saved money to purchase these same items at HOBBY LOBBY at full retail.

I have worked with CTW for several years now and they have on of the the best dropship programs you will ever work with. Any problems are handled with a quick email. You can alway speak to a customer service rep if needed. Just love working with them.
