Unfortunately I learned first hand that the negative reviews are true. The PROS for this company are: Live Customer Service Reps who answer the line quickly and are generally helpful. Sara has a very pleasant and helpful personality.
Great items and decent wholesale prices.
The Cons: Their shipping commitment is terrible. I was told one (1) week turnaround and it was three (3) weeks.
No communication about delays or issues, I had to keep calling.
They promised me twice my order would be shipped out the day I called but it wasn't.
The shipping cost is ridiculous and as others have said, you find out how bad when they send you the invoice after the shipment is completed. Their system for ordering does not have the technology to give shipping cost at time of checkout. The shipping cost for an item was $6 cheaper than the item. I was prepared for a high amount after reading reviews but in no way did I anticipate it being that much.

I just hope after being 7 days past my delivery date to the customer, that it arrives in perfect condition because I've heard others share about receiving broken or incomplete items. As a small business I can't risk my reputation and there is no way to accurately plan for business expenses if you get sticker shocked with the shipping costs every time. So I am going to remove all of their products from my all of my online platforms and store to avoid this disaster from happening again. I do hope they do something to resolve all of these issues because for a small business THEY COULD BE a great resource.
