I have to say, the team at Active Edge in Florence really knows how to take care of their customers. The service is top-notch and the staff is incredibly helpful. They offer great options for shirts and trophies that won't break the bank, and the turnaround time on orders is impressively fast. If you are looking for quality custom gear or awards, this is definitely the spot to go.

If zero stars were an option, I’d pick it. My son’s custom team bookbag from Custom Trophy in Florence had the lettering placement off compared to the rest of the group’s gear. When I pointed out the issue, Colton, who I believe is the owner, immediately got aggressive. He first claimed the name wasn’t where I said it was, so I fetched the bag to show him the actual placement. Only then did his story change regarding why it was placed that way. I also mentioned a pricing mismatch on some hats between what was discussed and the invoice. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just wanted to clarify the correct price for others, but he kept raising his voice. When I asked him to stop yelling, his volume increased and his professionalism dropped even further. I was ready to place a larger order but am taking my business elsewhere after this experience. Be prepared to be yelled at if you question an order.
