After hearing of Professor Maischek's tweets, I am appalled that any university would hire such a sick person for their faculty. As Professor Emeritus of a prestigious University, I am sick to my stomach that he would be allowed to mentor and "teach" young people. Advocating murder of any one is a serious crime. Fresno State must fire this sick man and his degree granting schools must retract their degrees. He is not worthy of the title, Professor or teacher.
My identity and perspective on life was shaped by this institution, and I will always be dedicated to giving back as much as I can.
Thank you for providing me an opportunity to make something better of my life by offering affordable tuition, job networking/connections, and degrees that lead into promising careers.

I just passed out with a Masters Degree in Industrial Technology and I had a great time in this university. Its a great place for a great price. Fee is relatively low and infrastructure is pretty good. Professors are great and good enough to guide us to bigger things. They are not the best but good enough. Fresno State offers access to some great expos like Oracle Open World Conference which my department took us. I was fortunate enough to visit the Google Campus, West Pac, SEMA and Oracle Open World conference. I am satisfied student and I could have done better.
My alma mater! I experienced the best years of my life here and got to spend it with amazing professors and friends. I definitely recommend you check out the Greek life there. It will give you the full college experience!

This university holds political activism as a priority over educating your children. Its professors have been filmed in viral videos endorsing racial and gendered discrimination and political violence to satisfy their Marxist ideologies, and yet those teachers have not only faced no consequences, the university defends them.
If your child is a white person, a man, or God forbid, a conservative, that child will be harassed, bullied, and ostracized by student and professor alike. Or worse, if your student becomes a part of this mob of radical political activism, they will leave the college dumber than when they went in.
If you are looking for your child to gain new ideas and experiences that challenge their worldview, learn marketable skills that will help them get a job, and prepare them for the professional world, do not send them to this university.
The Bulldog Marching Band is the hype of Fresno State.
A concurrent enrollment between California State University, Fresno and Fresno Pacific University allowed me to complete classes in my minor and graduate on-time. CSU, Fresno is a wheelchair friendly campus, instructors were great. I appreciated the concurrent enrollment option immensely.

Great city of education right in this area. Fresno State is a massive place with endless farming research, even hydroponics, there is so much to learn here.
Is it possible to give '0' stars? This university is a horrific institute that mocks everything good for which this nation stands. The proof is in the professors for whom they allow to instruct in the classroom. It's a joke. Go somewhere else where you will receive a fair and balanced education - not be brainwashed.
If you read the public postings of one of their tenured 'Creative Writing' English language professors you will see the low standards that this University sets when hiring and deciding tenure for its professors. I would look elsewhere if considering this school it would be a waste of time and money.
