MY ADU IS TAKING OVER ONE YEAR DUE TO THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The quality of work is poor. Due to the high traffic of plan checks they do in various cities. The employees mix up regulations and requirements from other cities that dont regard your city. The wait times are very brutal. However. Their communication is good.

Khanh was very helpful in clarifying our drawing requirements for us to get our project started. Their LL just needs to fix the building identification so CSG can be found easily

You ask them a question for clarification of a correction and they talk down on you and question your knowledge, then they realize they were wrong and will not accept it.

Poor customer service, incompetent plan checker as they love to waste time, seems like there is no one to check on them. I called or e-mailed several times to find out more on corrections they have given but no response from them. Small interior remodeling job took us over two months and not even approved yet. Do not recommend to work in city of Fullerton, CA.
