I had an excellent, fast visit, and I was done just 8 minutes after my appointment time. From check-in to visit completion, everyone was amazing! Also, they have the sweetest dressing gowns in Radiology, and everything is VERY clean. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Dr. Kristin Mills. She makes me feel heard and respected. She's the first doctor that doesn't talk over me or make me feel like I'm crazy when I tell her whats going on. She is thorough and patient and I couldn't ask for more when it comes to my health and wellness.

I have been with this group for 10 years and am on my 3rd doctor. (one retired and the other left the practice at the start of Covid). I didn't have a doctor assigned to me but needed my meds renewed so I did a video conf call with a P.A. I was under-impressed with that experience, as I waited on the phone for over 1/2 for the P.A. to join the call. They billed my insurance co $250 for that call. I called the office group to pick a new doctor and to speak to someone regarding an infection. I was told someone would call me within 1-3 days, so in the meantime, I made an appt to see the doc. A week later the P.A. finally called. I met with my new doctor last week but the medication is not working, so yesterday I called again and was told I would receive a call back the same day - but no call. Someone finally called back late this afternoon but my phone read, "restricted" so I did not answer. A voicemail was left for me but I still needed to talk to someone. I called back and the receptionist said that person who left the msg would call me back but no return phone call. I have had it with this group and will be looking for another doctor. It really feels like no one really cares.

Terrible communication and I can never get ahold of someone to discuss results. Had to go back four separate times because miscommunication of what blood tests needed to be drawn -- the fourth time was a miscommunication, as I got a call saying I needed to come in but they actually had everything. They called me saying I needed to come in and never called back saying I actually didn't.

Have only seen an actual physician one or two times in 7+ years (!!) as they are always rescheduling or busy. Usually see PAs or NPs other times, which is fine but I would prefer to at least see the same person for primary care! Due to insurance reasons I can't change my primary care until next year but I will do so. DON'T GO HERE!!

They acted with no urgency when it came to our medical needs. There was no communication between their facility and us or our insurance company. They did not document the visit or referral they way they should have. There are countless other places you can go where you will be treated better and definitely more efficiently!

Upon trying to get my sons shot records, not only did I wait on hold for a good 30 minutes, when Eva in pediatrics answered she was absolutely rude. She acted like I was supposed to know that my child's immunization records could not be uploaded to the portal. At the end of the conversation I did not even get the word have out before she rudely hung up on me. Why are you working in pediatrics of all areas if you can't be nice? You should definitely look into Miss Eva's attitude because it is not acceptable. My son has been at this clinic since birth and never have I had such a nasty experience. Get her OUT.

I have never seen a more irresponsible doctor's office. I called in a prescription refill through the pharmacy on Monday. Despite two written reminders to the doctor through the web portal, and a phonecall to the nurse practitioner, they have still not done the refill authorization, and what more, they have already taken off for the weekend by noon on a Friday. I am now left in an emergency over the entire weekend where I do not have the medication, which is a daily prescription. It seems their weekend is more important to them over their patient's life.

I have been seeing this company as my primary for almost 10 years now (since they were davita and now optum.) I have had nothing but good experiences with your staff until recently I was seen at this clinic. I was just in a serious vehicle collision in which I received several injuries that I was following up on with one of your doctors. I was being seen for motor vehicle collision injuries. Not to be told by one of your doctor that I need to make better life decisions and I could be more than a "gas station clerk" if I went to college, among other very disrespectful things that had nothing to do with why I was being seen. I apologize for not being able to afford schooling at this time in my life. Hopefully soon I will be "smart" enough and have a more "promising" career to be seen at this clinic.
