The Telecom Italia network, (Turin headquarters ??) in Asti, in the Fraction, is slow and obsolete, dear for what it offers.
We are connected in two with unlimited Internet and we always have discomfort, both with phones and with the Internet.
Telecom Italia networks are less efficient than in third world countries in a state that declares itself democratic, free and with free competition.
In 2015 Telecom is the only operator that covers our Fraction, 4 Km from Asti. The others do not have network coverage. Telecom does not carry out the maintenance due and every year, at the turn of July and August, the network is nothing.
