I have joined cs as trainee before 9 years and is my first company. I have got exposure to number of opportunities which has helped me to grew faster in technical and marketing domain. Currently I'm working as Business Development Manager and I must say that its a great place to learn.
I would always recommend cs for all who are looking forward for great opportunities.

Bad experience in cs soft solutions. Last week I have given interview for Sr. Software Developer. My first round was awesome every question I know and given answers with a best example. In second round asking only two questions. I don't know any buddy how to check is knowledge is good or bad. For interview I cover 25 km. HR and management team look this.

Hello Guys, I hope all are safe!

We all are aware of the current COVID-19 situation where we are obeying the lockdown for the safety of humanity.

Apart from that, we are facing job insecurity especially the employees who are working with private companies. Many employees are facing salary deduction and delay.

In my eleven years of experience in IT, It s been four years to be working with CS Soft Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd, even I would say four best years. The work environment is very friendly here.

But today, I will appreciate the company and its management for how they treated each of their employees during the COVID situation. We are working from home from first lockdown but,
1. We haven t felt such job insecurity.
2. There was no salary deduction threat.
3. There was no delay in salary.
4. Even unbelievable but the company distributed appraisals and bonuses on time without any delay during the lockdown.
5. Any employee with or without work during lockdown was getting his salary on time.

I am happy to be part of CS Soft Solutions.

CS Soft Solutions is wrost company i have ever seen. Wrost Managment staff and not good working and learning environment. If you want be a software engg. so don't come in this company because here you only learn is copy and paste.

It is average but emerging service providing company. Sorrounding area is under development. Lack of many facility due to industrial phase.
