Love them! Love my delivery driver! Great drinking water.

Well they deliver to the company i work for. I have to say they were really rude did not say hi or thank you for holding door open. Also he ran in so fast he pulled the curtain open almost exposing one of our patients that just had surgery. We will probably change water company.

Other 1 and 2 star reviews are accurate. Where there is smoke there usually is fire. Overbilled on several occasions and missed drop offs several weeeks. We are much happy with other water delivery service and are saving money as well.

I love Crystal Springs water. The only time i drink any other water is when i can't get to their store to buy more water. Their taste is like drinking from a well. I just love it..

Extremely bad customer service!! The assisted living facility where my father was had water delivery with this company. The cold water spigot broke on the water cooler, & Crystal Spring's solution was to replace it with the hot water spigot. After about a week, it broke also, but instead of bringing new spigots right away, the answer was they would take care of it the next delivery day.. over a week away. My father liked only cold water, and it was difficult to get what he needed. I know their competitor, Windmill Water would NEVER treat their customers this way!!
