Extremely bad customer service!! The assisted living facility where my father was had water delivery with this company. The cold water spigot broke on the water cooler, & Crystal Spring's solution was to replace it with the hot water spigot. After about a week, it broke also, but instead of bringing new spigots right away, the answer was they would take care of it the next delivery day.. over a week away. My father liked only cold water, and it was difficult to get what he needed. I know their competitor, Windmill Water would NEVER treat their customers this way!!
