I can't speak highly enough about Jeff - the work done is beautiful, it was done on time, there were no surprises of any kind, pricing is competitive, and he helped me get to understand my new set up so that I could do the maintenance myself. I'm VERY satisfied with Crystal Pool Services and would recommend them to anyone with a pool!
I do my own pool cleaning & chemicals each week, so when it comes time to have repairs done you can be at at the mercy of some shady characters. That is NOT the case with Crystal Pool Service. I had the owner, Jeff, himself come to my rescue. As it turned out, it was a simple switch problem. He was honest, knowledgeable & pleasant. Without asking Jeff also checked the chemicals in my pool and offered some free advice. I would recommend Crystal Pool Service to anyone and have recommended them to my friends.
First I would like to apologize for posting a negative comment about the service, I should have contacted them right away and I did not do that and with that said please know that Jeff the owner is very understanding and if there is a problem he will make sure it gets corrected right away. We have used Crystal Pool Services for the last 18 years. We started using Crystal Pool when we bought our first home and when we moved, kept them to service our pool, in our next home. Jeff (the owner) has always contacted us when the technician noticed a mechanical problem or other need and made sure the needed work was completed timely and efficiently . In short, Crystal Pool Services has always been honest, courteous, and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I recommend Crystal Pools 100%. I had my pool resurfaced and I can't say enough about Jeff Kohler (Owner) and his customer service. I was so happy with the finished project! Jeff came by and worked with us all the way. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, kind and on top of all the details regarding the project. It was great to deal with Jeff directly and not have a middle man to contend with. He even accommodated our schedule and came over on a Saturday to give us an estimate! That certainly made an impression on me! From my experience, most pool companies just stop by during their normal work hours, leave their estimate along with their pamphlets and then call you to follow up and see if they get the job. That's not what I call customer service! Way to go, Jeff! Keep up the great work!!

I have been using Crystal Pool Service for the past 20 years - they have always been very customer oriented. They service my pool every week and it sparkles like new. His technicians are very personable and responsive. Two years ago they applied Diamond Brite finish to the pool and the pool looks like new. Their prices are competitive. If I ever have an issue, a call to Jeff Kohler and the problem is resolved. I highly recommend Crystal Pool Service!!
Crystal pool service has been taking care of our condo association community pool since 2006. This includes daily maintenance, repairs and pool & deck upgrades and additions. During this time the association has enjoyed passing every city pool inspection by the health dept, constant comments from the 200 unit owners on how wonderful the water is, and the pool area is always at capacity on the weekends which was never the case prior to 2006. In addition we enjoy literally no calls to our property management company regarding problems with the pool and Jacuzzi.
