I recommend Crystal Pools 100%. I had my pool resurfaced and I can't say enough about Jeff Kohler (Owner) and his customer service. I was so happy with the finished project! Jeff came by and worked with us all the way. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, kind and on top of all the details regarding the project. It was great to deal with Jeff directly and not have a middle man to contend with. He even accommodated our schedule and came over on a Saturday to give us an estimate! That certainly made an impression on me! From my experience, most pool companies just stop by during their normal work hours, leave their estimate along with their pamphlets and then call you to follow up and see if they get the job. That's not what I call customer service! Way to go, Jeff! Keep up the great work!!
